    My daughter just have me her rebounder. As impossible as excersize feels to me, I think I can handle 10 min a day to start. Just googled beginning mini trampoline vids and this is the first one that came up. About to watch and make it happen!

    Ima 10 year old girl trying to get more fit and make a turn around point for my body, I’m not very fit and I’ve only just realized how bad the food I’m eating is, it’s literally poison, for the past 2 weeks I’ve been working out and eating healthy, completely cut out carbs and bad sugar. Ive already gone down 1 kg and a half, this really helps for my cardio workout, now I’ll do the on ground cardio, then abdominal work out, then leg. I’m subbed now I’ll be watching all videos for my workouts.

    My general practitioner has been hounding me to go for walks which just isn’t practical with my job (I’m often up before the sun and home after sundown) and I’ve got shit ankles. Despite being pretty unfit this is achievable and fun. Going to do this every day for 2 weeks (I’m in day 3) then move to 15 mins, then 20, then 30. Thanks for making an impossible task totally manageable!

    What’s the difference with the rebounder/mini trampoline. Do we need the handle or not. Love to buy one and get started!

      Hi Dawn! Rebounder and mini trampoline are the same thing. Each can be made with either springs or bungees. I recommend bungees. The handle is optional and offers support if you struggle with balance or just feel safer with it :)

      I think you should be ok. I would put a sticky mat under the rebounder

    Ten minutes to start? I’m not young nor much overweight. I can do 4 sets of 25 deep squats, 50 sit ups non stop and a dozen good press ups. Two minutes bouncing finished me first time. I’ve run marathons too…albeit over three decades ago! Cycling and bouncing will be my go to exercises though.

      I personally do both just depending on how I’m feeling. If you have a foot / knee / back issue shoes may be better for the additional support

    Do you have any recommendations for quality inexpensive rebounders that can withstand running exercises at 230lbs?
    Can you keep your heart rate between 150-160 in these workouts?

      I bought the BCAN on Amazon rated at 300 lbs. I’m 200 and it’s very stiff with me on it. Paid $78 for it.

    How do you keep your rebounder from squeaking? I can't seem to figure it out on mine

      It may depend what kind you have. Try a sticky mat underneath. Make sure the mat does not slide for safety.

    I’m in good cardio shape for my age and this made me sweat. I will say that the side to side is not ideal wearing socks. Great workout!

    Should people with bulge in lumbar( L4-L5) do it?

      I would let the pain guide you. If you try it and are successful without discomfort then yes but if it irritates you then no

      Stay low rather than jumping up. Imagine you have a ceiling right above your head and you don’t want to hit it

      Start slow… add handle to your trampoline and just give very light movement. You can do what she is doing but keep hands on handle and just do very light motion. You CAN do it.
