Ima 10 year old girl trying to get more fit and make a turn around point for my body, I’m not very fit and I’ve only just realized how bad the food I’m eating is, it’s literally poison, for the past 2 weeks I’ve been working out and eating healthy, completely cut out carbs and bad sugar. Ive already gone down 1 kg and a half, this really helps for my cardio workout, now I’ll do the on ground cardio, then abdominal work out, then leg. I’m subbed now I’ll be watching all videos for my workouts.

Hi Dawn! Rebounder and mini trampoline are the same thing. Each can be made with either springs or bungees. I recommend bungees. The handle is optional and offers support if you struggle with balance or just feel safer with it :)

Do you have any recommendations for quality inexpensive rebounders that can withstand running exercises at 230lbs? Can you keep your heart rate between 150-160 in these workouts?

Start slow… add handle to your trampoline and just give very light movement. You can do what she is doing but keep hands on handle and just do very light motion. You CAN do it.

I personally do both just depending on how I’m feeling. If you have a foot / knee / back issue shoes may be better for the additional support

I bought the BCAN on Amazon rated at 300 lbs. I’m 200 and it’s very stiff with me on it. Paid $78 for it.

It may depend what kind you have. Try a sticky mat underneath. Make sure the mat does not slide for safety.
