    Sir made this chops today and it is so delicious! Going to have it with Atta Parotta for dinner. I first parboiled boiled the big pieces of carrot potato and pumpkin (I used pumpkin instead of cauliflower) and then added it to the gravy. Cooking it in the gravy from the start will take a long time and the coconut gravy might split with cooking it for so long.

    Vanaspathi was once regularly used in all the houses to make even sweets. ஏழைகளின் நெய் வனஸ்பதி தான்.
    We can take everything in a balanced quantity.
