My son(10 year old) is a big fan of your cooking, he watched your cooking and informed his grandma to prepare the same. His grandma not watched any cooking channel. One day my son occasionally showed your cooking channel, from that day onwards she never missed your program, also start trying now.she is 73 years old.At the time of cooking, she referred your video also.

Chef, this does seem to be a fusion of Kothu parota and chilli parota. Chilli parota is an indo Chinese receipt with sauces in it. Is this a real recipe available in Chennai or you just mixed them (kothu + chilli) up as a fusion?
