Hello doctor vanakkam. I am a regular person to view your videos. Highly appreciate your efforts and support. I am seventy four years old and I have started giving importance to my health and weight. I am obese with 70 kg for my145 cm height. Struggling to reduce for the last three years. But came down to 70 from 74. It’s okay. At this point I am very much interested in your videos and trying to follow your advice. With all your day to day activities, job, family and personal life It’s very difficult to spare your time to make such videos for the general public. God give you strength and happiness. With love and blessings.

Thanks for information. If you add chia seeds to any drink you can see it goes down to the bottom & stick there as a hard substance. Therefore I soke chia seeds in water in night and use it in morning.

    • @SudharsunJayaraj
      @SudharsunJayaraj 6 месяцев назад +3

It needs a good liquid like water, milk or buttermilk as it will soak up with the water molecules. Add it and give a good stir. If you don’t want it get stuck in the bottom then after a couple of minutes again give a stir. No need to soak chia overnight. Just prepare it few minutes before eating.

I am 37, never felt better with more energy in my whole life and lost 12 kgs in the last 6 months.
I play football, hiking and running with my kids often.
Some of the best foods I try to eat often everyday or every other day.
Intermittent fasting with just one or 2 meal a day, with less sugars, carbs and junk foods.
    1. Chia seed
    2. Nutritional Yeast
    3. Honey
    4. Lemon or Lime
    5. Ashwaganda and Amla
    6. Ragi and other healthy millets
    7. Moong, Urad dal and Horsegram
    8. Cod Liver Oil
    9. Ghee or grass fed butter
    10. Pure coconut oil and MCT oil.
    11. Ground Flexseed
    12. Moringa
And obviously all the good vegetables and fruits. 👍
Yes true, it's a great nutrient dense seed but it's not a magic pill.
Everyone still need to eat a healthy whole food diet for sure and with intermittent fasting.
Almost everyday I take 1 teaspoon chia seed soaked in water at least 1 hour, then mix with some nutritional yeast, a little turmeric, honey and half lemon juice everyday morning.
Give my sons about half of all that everyday too.
