    This is a excellent video. I mix Subja seeds & Chia seeds each 2 teaspoon, & soak in water & keep it in fridge & use it whenever I need. Counting is the issue here. If it will not harm the body I can increase the amount intake.

    Every night I soaked each half teaspoon sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, raisins,5 cashews,chia seeds with 3 teaspoons of powdered oats. And soaked seperately 5 badam and 3 walnuts discarded the water before grinding altogether. Is it right or not ?
