    👌👌👌அதுக்குள்ள முடிஞ்சிருச்சா நான் படிக்கும் போது எந்த class ம் இந்த அளவுக்கு கவனித்தது இல்லை superb sir super keep doing sorry teaching.உளுந்து sprout பண்ணி இட்லி மாவு ல சேர்க்க சொன்னது nice. Diabetes உள்ளவர்கள் 2 cup அரிசிக்கு 1 cup உளுந்து சேர்த்து மாவு அரைத்து சாப்பிட்டால் இன்னும் நல்லது. ஆனால் கடையில் 7 cup அரிசி க்கு 1 cup உளுந்து போடுறாங்க . வீட்டில் அரைக்கிறவங்க 4 cup அரிசி க்கு 1 cup உளுந்து போடுறாங்க .but 2 : 1 தான் healthy.

    No one gives this detailed valuable information on proteins! Being a vegetarian this helps in knowing the facts and making it available to my children and grandkids who are also vegetarians!

    Hi Doctor, Now I am 40 years (women), I have 2kids, till date I didn't take care of my health, so now a days I am facing some issues like I can't work properly feeling tired and khee pain, often body pain, feeling lazy
    If I start to follow your advice now it will help me ( that is my body will observe the uses)

    Glad that I came across of this video. Being a vegetarian it’s very informative and I’m surely going to include the plant proteins that you have suggested. Moreover tempe is easily available here.Actually i was in the verge of including eggs in my diet because i know that my daily protein intake is very low. But now I’ve decided to just go for the plant proteins and see the changes in my overall health. Thank you I just want to know about the availability of all the essential amino acids in the food that you have suggested . Do they provide all of them?
