    Hello Sir! I attended your webinar today, and it was very informative. Thank you for sharing your valuable insights. I had a few questions, but unfortunately, they weren't shortlisted.
    1) How to break the monotony of the workout?
    2) How often should one change the workout plan?
    3) Does metabolic rate decrease with age, and how to counter it?
    4) Please suggest a few brands for whey protein, creatine, and fish oil/omega-3 capsules? Since many brands are in the market, trusting or choosing one can be challenging.

    I have gone down from 130 to 108 with IF and walking. Now I am going to gym for weight training, got stuck at same 108 for last one month is this a plateau or am I doing something wrong?
