As a sports physician, could you talk about how to prevent injuries during practice? It would be great if you could spend an episode on swimming as well.

I have gone down from 130 to 108 with IF and walking. Now I am going to gym for weight training, got stuck at same 108 for last one month is this a plateau or am I doing something wrong?
