    Sir I still follow the parotta receipe u taught us in samayal samayal season 1ie like 12 13 years before. The same receipe u have recommended in this video also.This is the proof that great chefs don't change their receipe .You have always taught the best receipe to us .

    I tried the same recipe with small difference. Instead of maida, i rolled very thin chappathi of aata... And applied the gravy on top and folded once and fried on pan.. the garlic which u asked to add at the end gave an awesome flavor
