You've gotta love working on dirt bikes, it's almost like Lego. On my old ktm EXC 125 it only took 4 bolts to remove all of the fairings, the seat and the fuel tank.

Sweet build! I just saw the beam pattern on the light, it is not a low beam with a cut-off. It’s a high beam light with no cut-off. Aiming a high beam lower still will glare and blind oncoming drivers. Just letting you know dude! Good luck. 👍 Bike is sick.
We'll see how it works out, I'll do a video on it. Many riders ride with their high beams on regular street bikes. That's why I went with a 2200 lumen light instead of the 3k+ lumen headlight. Look on YT , there are several motovloggers with converted sumos with 3k Lumen LED light bars that ride at night fine with the light lowered. I don't plan on riding at night much anyways, too many drunks out.
Yeah that's true, riding with high beam in day is common, so maybe not much of an issue anyways if you don't ride much at night.

Yea bro you need to run the bike with the distilled water up to operating temperature to flush out the old coolant. You are going to get a mix of both coolants in the water pump and it can cause sludge to form
The bike is new, no need for that.
Doesn't matter if it's new, he is switching to a different type of coolant. Engine Ice mixed with the standard kind can turn to sludge. In either case just porting water through with the drain plug open doesn't do shit, might as well have not have bothered "flushing"

I know how you feel about framesliders but given the nature of Sumo riding (a lower speed fockery), you may want to consider it.
nice build video and straight to the point, only thing i would do is cover all the wiring up front from any elements.
It's better to leave them exposed, they have waterproof connections and if it gets wet I'd rather it be able to dry out in open air then be moisture get into a covering and linger.
@@CycleCruza makes sense of there water proof. I thought they just were regular connections.

Great build couple questions are you sure about the 170 Watts the bike puts out I have a 2020 and it shows 70 Watts in the manual not sure if things have changed or not I thought they were the same bike 19 to 20.. any issues with the draining the battery.. thanks for the info
