Love your channel and I love the new kitchen....and your accent . I have a question. I was binge watching you today and noticed you used a counter top oven. Do you like it, and if so, what brand and model number is it? I've burnt up two stoves, the electronic part and I'm thinking ill just try the toaster / counter type

While visiting my aunt and uncle in Gadsden, Alabama, about 5 years ago, I did some grocery shopping for them. I stumbled on Dale's sauce and bought it because my husband's name is (deceased 4 years ago) Dale. My family is used to eating like yours. That sauce is wonderful. I used it up and until now, I haven't tried to find it. It is not in any store in my area. I live in Silverdale, Washington, a ferry ride away from Seattle. I belong to a group called Southerners in Seattle. I will tell them about you. We are a group who misses our Southern cooked food. I am disabled living with my daughter, and she loves when I feel like cooking. A lot of our family recipes are in my head. I love you and your show. You encourage me to keep cooking.

Yes, I agree that America has begun a cooking revolution. Haven't you noticed that flour, milk, eggs etc. are hard to find? There is more bread baking, biscuit rolling, and cake and pie eating than before. Lody, when everyone comes out of those houses, the gym is going to overflow. Don't forget yard beautification too.lol

Hey guys, hope ya'll are well. Listen,I know this isn't the right video to your question, but I was binge watching earlier again and your oven went out. We live in Monroe , Georgia and we just bought new stove dishwasher and washer and dryer. The storms hit us alot that month and took out our stove. We just called the store. They delivered a new one. Two weeks later another storm took out our stove. We were blessed, again they said they would deliver that week. Instead my husband asked could he go to store and get a different one and they let us. So, to answer your question...yes they will replace your stove if it was hit by storm and had problems. Yipee!!! A new stove. God is good!!!

I hope she likes her stove, I have a gas stove at my summer home and electric at my winter home I prefer gas-electric takes too long I can get my cooking done so much faster with gas. I burned up the electric heating element in my front by using a cast-iron skillet the repairman told me cast iron is to heavy for an electric stove. I hope she took her table that her Daddy made out of a door it was nice and I'm sure it had many fine memories... Best of luck to Tammy and her family in their new home.

A good cook can destroy a kitchen, dirty lots of dishes while prepping and cooking but the food comes out heavenly.

I couldn't find any worsty powder one time, ground up fresh peppercorns using a mortal and pestle, 1/2 of a small bottle with fresh grinded p-corns and put in worsty sauce, let it marinate in an airtight small seasoning jar, adding worsty sauce as needed, OMG it was fantastic after year 1 and even better when I did it a 2nd time and longer date, lol. Lockdown, what can I say, lol. Your recipes are incredible and quite delightful to watch.

Holy cow! I just this minute finished lunch with our first (good) onion rings. They were perfect. Thank you for the cooking lesson. I’ve tried onion rings before but this was the first time they were perfect. I impressed my hubby.

I really appreciate Tammy's teacher voice. People drive me nuts that mumble and don't speak up, especially when they're passing on information. Enjoy your cooking show the most, honest!

Impressive. The rings look so good. I may try. I like the pantry. Ketchup! A Man thing. My dad loved ketchup, he worked as a young person at a grocery store. He was in Heaven when he received a case of ketchup. Funny... Thanks

I enjoy watching you cook because you walk all over while cooking, which is something my mother used to do. She was an exceptional cook, and always on the move, and you even resemble her, so I feel like I am watching her cook again, even though she's been gone since 2013. Sometimes when I miss her, I turn down the volume and just watch you "cook like mama did"! She used to say "clean as you go" also...except it was a COMMAND, not just advice. Thanks for bringing back all the memories of cooking with my mama!

These onion rings have a place in my heart here in Alaska. I wonder how much oil did you put in the iron skillet? What do you do with the oil after you are done frying? Any place you take to recycle the oil?

It was about on inch in a 10 inch skillet. We usually seal up the oil in a container and dispose.
