After doing your exercises
can u pls tell me why i am feeling pain in the toes?
May be because of jump.
It seems that you need sometime to get used to with the intensity of workout.
Tips to overcome the pain.
1. Do workout at your pace.
2. Take rest if you need during the exercise.
3. Take 2 days rest after doing cardio workout, if pain feels. During these two days, do strength workout/yoga.
4. 5-10 min Stretch your ankle joint after doing cardio.
