      Excellent job, sir! It really motivates us when people respond through comments.
      Do check your AVG. heart rate after completing the session. It shows how hard you worked out. Also, you need to select proper workout modality like strength training/cardio/flexibility.
      I have only selected 'Functional Strength Training.' Next time, I will select strength and cardio separately for each workout. So, I can measure it more accurately.
      Anyway, you have just done a great workout!

      Not much. Do not waste hard earned money on green tea. If you like to have green tea for refreshment purposes, go for it. But not for weight loss.
      It increases metabolism but little. This effect you can achieve by just 5-10 minutes of walking.
      Instead, have some tea and do a 30 min workout. This will help you lose weight. 😊
