Hey! I was wondering how long you have been doing this video and how many times a week? Have you seen results? thanks so much
Kia H I've been doing it on and off for about a year. I stopped for a few months because of exams, but I started again probably a week and a half or two weeks ago. I do it twice a day along with the call me maybe challenge twice, and the first 2 moves of the 5 best thigh slimming exercises twice. My results so far have been pretty good.
Kia H It takes time to get there though! When I first started blogilates, I would only do this one and the Call Me Maybe challenge once, and my legs would be shaking for like 10 minutes. And to be completely honest, this particular one is still a pain to finish most days.

Love coming back to these old workouts. I remember I high school this was one of the videos I had on rotation and I had finally been able to see my rib cage and a 6 pack when I laid down. Definitely one of the best fitness channels in my opinion. I get so proud when I walk into Target these days and see her products on the shelves. I’ve really enjoyed being apart of this journey.
And 4 years later this & ' Call Me Maybe Squats ' still hurts 🙃

What I love about you, Cassey, is that your videos and personality don't intimidate me but they still challenge me :) you don't wear clothes that are riding up on you and the camera angle isn't below you so we aren't looking up at you from your bum :P

Wow! I did this today after a bit of an absence from this video (even though I love it) and I killed it! I surprised myself with how much I've improved on this! Usually at the end, when it's single-legged, I can't bring my leg up hardly at all and I totally die, but this time I could do it so well! I powered through it and was able to lift and point my leg really well! I'm so proud of myself!
So girls, keep it up! You'll get stronger! :)

I SWEAR BY THIS WORKOUT! I've been doing this since I was 10 years old when it came out!! I'm now 18 and still incorporate this challenge into leg days. It's by far one of the absolute best workouts that require minimum movement and truly truly work!
No other butt workout ever, no matter how long, has been effective as this!! I feel the burn in my butt so much and I love it! When I first tried this video I failed 30 seconds in and now I do it everyday! THANKYOU SOO MUCH CASSEY!!!

Just wanted to thank you for this video. I've always hated my butt. I didnt realize I could exercise to give it shape. I did this video just once a day for the 3 weeks before my wedding and my butt looked great! Its completely changed my whole body image. Thank you:)

I've been so busy with work, school, and late night studying and no time to go to the gym to workout. Blogilates has really helped me workout at home between breaks or early in the morning. I've never had motivation to workout but these videos have really motivated me to keep going with her workout calendar and eating healthy. I'm only on the beginner calendar and I love them already!
I've noticed so much more lift and firmness in my booty just after doing this video once per week in conjunction with Blissology yoga

The one leg killed me lol
i've been doing this for about a month and a half and i really see improvement! My butt is perkier and some of the cellulite on my outer upper thigh and below the bum is starting to fade :) For a modification: do the same workout but with your legs farther out and with your heels down and toes pointed up. it really works your hamstrings too!
i can't say if it'll make it bigger or smaller. it'll tone the muscle and make your butt appear lifted. but it won't show unless you do cardio to lose fat covering the muscles.

that happens to me if i do this w/o right after doing a different bum workout like squats. I have learnt that i get the most out of this workout if i do it before doing other bum exercises or a of couple hours after :)

i LOVED this workout, and it really worked my butt! but instead of doing the leg lift one (i cant lift my leg for some reason.. especially in this workout), i just did the other exercises that you did before that, and i worked extra hard! i'm honestly so thankful for you Cassey! i used to do your workout videos all the time... and i noticed BIG changes on my body! but then i stopped for a LONG time.. and now im hoping to get back into it! yayayay :) ily
For all you experts, do this with a kettlebell on your lower stomach. Never burned so much but loved the pain

I started doing your workouts in the fall of 2013 (started with this video!) and for some reason I finally got to commenting here. Oh well, better late than never ! :)
I owe you my greatest gratitude. I've never really liked working out - well to better word it, I've always hated it. But somehow you have managed to make it in a way that's both fun and effective (and time-effective too!). And after trying various ineffective methods, I started giving up hope that I'd ever find a workout suitable for me. But then I found yours. I got results right away! I was totally blown away by it!
This, Call Me Maybe, Drive By and Abs on Fire are my favorites. I still try to do these 4 once a day even though I of course sometimes end up giving myself a break for a day or two. I've seen these videos so many times that I can pretty much repeat the voice over word by word by now, heheh. But you really are an amazing instructor and somehow you always find a way to motivate me to finish the workout, and no person has really managed to do that before. Also you seem like a really wonderful person.
So, I thank you. Looking forward to your videos, and always trying out your other workouts !
I've been doing this video and some of Cassie's other lower body workouts daily for about a week now and I can finally do this one without stopping!
