I did this workout once every night for about 2 weeks and I could already see my thighs getting slimmer. I stopped for a little while but I ALWAYS COME BACK TO THIS PARTICULAR WORKOUT. It's done wonders for my legs so I encourage everyone to do this!!!!
I couldn't do this all the way through at first. In the beginning, I took a lot of breaks in between. But now I can do it all the way through! Which is great bc it's short and doesn't take a whole lot of time!!!:)))

@h o n e y b a n g it totally trimms them down. I can confirm a thigh gap after doing this workout 4-5 days out of the week for two weeks and can see results in one. That's just me, personally. You have to do it with her nonstop tho and it has to be done consistently. Also you have to do other work outs too obviously and eat clean too. 👍
This is one of the main videos I used to get into shape for my prom five years ago, I've not been too kind to my body since then (or I've been overly kind depending on your view point) but I have made the decision to take better care of myself. I'm going on holiday with some of my best girlfriends to Disney World in a year and a half and I know I need to start now to feel comfortable then. I thought I'd start with this and do another workout right after cause I could do that when I was 17.... I'm going for a nap now and trying again tomorrow. Wish me luck on my road to healthiness! (These workouts are going to kill me but I'm going to love Cassey for the pain!)

I've been doing this exercise for a month, and I can definitely see changes in my inner thighs. I used to wear 28inch pants but now i wear 25-26inches👍

I did this for about two weeks and I had a nice thigh gap! I also have wide hips so it makes it easier for me to have a thigh gap, but this really helped slim and tone my thighs!!
Guys, I promise this challenge works. From maybe June to December 2012 I did this exercise strictly, maybe 5 times a day - it got to the point where I could do it many times in a row and have a movie on that I would not feel the pain at all. I was overweight, and with some diet changes and this exercise I developed long thin legs that I didn't think changed differently, but when I look back at photos now I envy my old self haha. Would love to get those back, so I'm returning to try and do these everyday again!
if you're doing it and your abs are burning too, are you doing it with your neck up or tensed? maybe you're looking down at your legs and therefore it is affecting ur neck and abs more

hey! I just came to say that this really works :) I've been doing this four times a week since december, and actually in february i could already notice a very tonned and big gap between my legs, nowdays it's there , not leavin and I still do this to keep it, it's amazing.
I did this twice and finally stood up- I nearly fell over because I felt like there was iron weights between my thighs omfg, this is going to be so worth it

I used this video to help slim my legs down around senior prom season of 2013, and here I am, 23 now and trying to get into a healthy, fit lifestyle and incorporating this specific video into my gym routine. It’s so good, I keep coming back. Also, I’ve seen so many people comment about their abs and core burning. I will say, this was my first day in forever doing this and I felt so nauseous an hour after doing it because my abs were worked so hard. I’m so excited to see results, though!! ❤️❤️

Wow my abs used to hurt when I started doing this (I've only done this like 4 times and not daily) and I did it again today and this time my legs were really hurting...so I'm pretty sure that means its working or something ! Thank goodness !
The first day I did this I could barely even do it.. but each day it gets easier and easier! I'm Improving so much!!!! Cassie keeps me so motivated, I usually give up by now
i did this everyday for a week along with the beach butt and slim thighs &squat challenge and can see the difference! just take 20 minutes out of your day to do this because its really very good! thanks cassey!
OMG I am loving this work out. Was able to do it all the way through. Advice for anyone starting this: do this with squats incorporated in your workout. I have been doing lots of squats before I started this. It was painful, but not enough that I couldn't do it all the way through. GL and I hope it helps make this exercise easier! xoxo
I did this workout and the Call Me Maybe Squats for 3 months about four years ago now. Lost 30 pounds, alongside eating healthier and drinking only water. Four years later (now) I've gained it all back. Going to try doing that again and we'll see how it goes! Tonight is night 1!

This is the perfect thing to do in bed! I was just chilling here and then I stumbled across this video and was like, why not? So now I've given myself a tiny ab & thigh workout without having to get up :D
I see a lot of people saying it made their thighs bigger. The reason for that is because you arent burning the fat before strengthening the thigh. DO CARDIO to burn that fat and then do this video to tone the muscles. Cardio burns the fat and then this exercise will tone the muscle. That's why you aren't getting the results you want.
Please answer So I need to do cardio until I lose all of the fat in my body? Because there is people who says that cardio is not going to help alone you need to do something else then cardio ? Please I really need some tips
Hello! So cardio burns the fat and strength training (such as this video and many other videos of Cassey's and/or weight lifting) brings those muscles out! Cardio may slim you a bit, but strength training is what gets you that toned body :) Hope that helps!

+Cilan Rai no problem!! And yes you can do cardio and strength training in the same workout if you like. It should slim and make your muscles stronger. They might pop out a little bit and if you don't end up liking that then you can do more cardio that strength training to slim down. Experiment with your body for a while to see how it changes so you can get the results you want :) hope this helps you!!
Guys this works!!!!! I have been doing this for about 3 weeks and I went from a pants size 10 to 8 and I'm getting a thigh gap I never thought I could ever have! Believe me if you commit and do this 1-2 times a day you will get that sexy thigh gap in no time with this!!!!
The fact that if u don’t feel like sleeping u can just lie on your bed and do this or if you’re tired from studying u can js lie down and do it cause it’s a good stress reliever too!!!
omg am I the only one who's core is killing more than anything??? I know I have basically no muscle toning anywhere but my core is dying!!! will need to do this more for sure
@@haileywideman871 bc if you dont hold your handa under yout butt you then need to tense ur core to keep your tailbone to the floor! But if you use the hands its esier to focus on the thighs so both has their benefits!!
I added this to my workout (which I started on 6th July 2016) which consists of a 1 min Plank, 100 half bridges (lying on back with legs 90° and rising and lowering) 30 push ups (alternate, 5 real ones then 5 on knees, then 5 real, 5 on knees), criss cross legs (this video) and then 2 minutes of crunches. I play Netball in Center position for a full game and it's good to build up strength in the legs and arms, as well as doing cardio. I've noticed a slimness in my thighs slightly, but I do these workouts in jeans because it's freezing.
I'm amazed by the workout. Just began about 4 days ago doing it at night and I can literally feel my pants getting looser! Today I began doing it morning and night and will keep you updated!

Yeah. If your legs are low, you'll be working your abs more. Make sure they're pointed up towards the ceiling, as straight as you possibly can, and have your legs spread as [comfortably] far as you can. If you were doing all that and yet have that problem, then your inner thighs must be pretty strong...definitely stronger then your abs. I didn't even feel my abs. The only other thing I could advise aside from doing the video multiple times/doing other inner thigh videos, is investing in ankle weights.
It used to happen to me all the time, but after a while my abs got used to the workout and i didn't feel anything. Then I could concentrate more on keeping my legs straight and spreading them farther, so now my thighs look amazing!
I think you are making your thighs go at an angle like you are going heel clicks. Make sure your body, while doing this, is at a 90° angle, not more than that. That is probably why you fee More of your abs!!!
Wow so this training is really good! I make it every day 5 minutes, rarely 10 Minutes! I train just for 5 days and with me you can already see a slight thigh gap!! To all who are considering to begin this training, just do it! Of course diet plays an important role, it would probably go faster through a healthy diet, because I eat moderately healthy! I've been doing this for about a month and I swear that really works. my legs have been being thinner as well as getting thigh gaps a bit. You can never get some thigh gaps if you just do this video like a week or two weeks.
To everyone that their abs hurt more than their inner thighs: Basically you abs hurt becaus rthey are not strong enough for this video but they will become strong if you continue with pop pilates . About 1 and a half months ago I started doing blogilates and this was my first video. My abs were shaking like made , I couldn't straighten my legs and I had no pain I could sense in the inner thighs but now I did it again and it is so much easier! Xxx

it took me about 7 times to be able to do it from start to finish. i just think about what my thighs will look like as a result of this to get me through this challenge. motivation from start to finish is key!
Almost a year ago I started this video, it took me about 4 tries to be able to do it without a break, I stopped doing it for about 6 months and when I came back it felt like I never left! Never even put my legs down once. This workout really works, but I don't suggest doing it more than 3 times a week, because it really puts pressure on your thighs. I'm gonna try and combine these with more of her workouts and see what happens 😊
Is it weird that when I did this video 3 times and looked at my legs I had a thigh gap? My thighs are still really fat but I think it's really strange that they went away just by doing this three times in just one night! So happy!

goin to try this: measurements: thighs 23.5 inches day one: couldn’t do the whole vid through lol had to stop three times 😂 day two: went through the whole vid w out breaks and sm easier if you close ur eyes lol. my hip flexors we’re dying bc i finally found out how to do the workout right 😂 day three: same as yesterday day four:hip flexors plus abs were absolutely dying

Did you always eat healthy? I am doing this now for 1week and see a tiny difference,I ate healthy until 2weeks ago,I stopped because of christmas (I am from Germany). I am still eating healthy but everyday some chocolate 😅

Wow my abs used to hurt when I started doing this (I've only done this like 4 times and not daily) and I did it again today and this time my legs were really hurting...so I'm pretty sure that means its working or something ! Thank goodness !
If u dont want ur legs to hurt,do a stretching first or maybe a warm up
The first day I did this I could barely even do it.. but each day it gets easier and easier! I'm Improving so much!!!! Cassie keeps me so motivated, I usually give up by now

i did this everyday for a week along with the beach butt and slim thighs &squat challenge and can see the difference! just take 20 minutes out of your day to do this because its really very good! thanks cassey!
OMG I am loving this work out. Was able to do it all the way through. Advice for anyone starting this: do this with squats incorporated in your workout. I have been doing lots of squats before I started this. It was painful, but not enough that I couldn't do it all the way through. GL and I hope it helps make this exercise easier! xoxo
I did this workout and the Call Me Maybe Squats for 3 months about four years ago now. Lost 30 pounds, alongside eating healthier and drinking only water. Four years later (now) I've gained it all back. Going to try doing that again and we'll see how it goes! Tonight is night 1!

This is the perfect thing to do in bed! I was just chilling here and then I stumbled across this video and was like, why not? So now I've given myself a tiny ab & thigh workout without having to get up :D
I see a lot of people saying it made their thighs bigger. The reason for that is because you arent burning the fat before strengthening the thigh. DO CARDIO to burn that fat and then do this video to tone the muscles. Cardio burns the fat and then this exercise will tone the muscle. That's why you aren't getting the results you want.

Hello! So cardio burns the fat and strength training (such as this video and many other videos of Cassey's and/or weight lifting) brings those muscles out! Cardio may slim you a bit, but strength training is what gets you that toned body :) Hope that helps!

+Cilan Rai no problem!! And yes you can do cardio and strength training in the same workout if you like. It should slim and make your muscles stronger. They might pop out a little bit and if you don't end up liking that then you can do more cardio that strength training to slim down. Experiment with your body for a while to see how it changes so you can get the results you want :) hope this helps you!!

@@haileywideman871 bc if you dont hold your handa under yout butt you then need to tense ur core to keep your tailbone to the floor! But if you use the hands its esier to focus on the thighs so both has their benefits!!
I added this to my workout (which I started on 6th July 2016) which consists of a 1 min Plank, 100 half bridges (lying on back with legs 90° and rising and lowering) 30 push ups (alternate, 5 real ones then 5 on knees, then 5 real, 5 on knees), criss cross legs (this video) and then 2 minutes of crunches. I play Netball in Center position for a full game and it's good to build up strength in the legs and arms, as well as doing cardio. I've noticed a slimness in my thighs slightly, but I do these workouts in jeans because it's freezing.
after months of training with you, Cassey, I just found out what "love the burn" means. THANK YOU SO MUCH

i am so determined to slim down my legs! after seeing everyones comments on how this exercise ACTUALLY WORKS, it made me really excited!! i used to have a thigh gap AND my legs were muscular. my legs are still muscular but i have accumulated a little bit of fat and i am so determined to LOSE IT!! i am going to do this exercise 2-3 times a day and ill update every now and then! wish me luck! :-)

It could be that your abs are working harder than your legs because your legs are stronger. If it's not so much that, make sure you have good form. :)
Maybe your legs are angled too low? Maybe try pulling them up closer to you
Yeah. If your legs are low, you'll be working your abs more. Make sure they're pointed up towards the ceiling, as straight as you possibly can, and have your legs spread as [comfortably] far as you can. If you were doing all that and yet have that problem, then your inner thighs must be pretty strong...definitely stronger then your abs. I didn't even feel my abs. The only other thing I could advise aside from doing the video multiple times/doing other inner thigh videos, is investing in ankle weights.
It used to happen to me all the time, but after a while my abs got used to the workout and i didn't feel anything. Then I could concentrate more on keeping my legs straight and spreading them farther, so now my thighs look amazing!
I think you are making your thighs go at an angle like you are going heel clicks. Make sure your body, while doing this, is at a 90° angle, not more than that. That is probably why you fee

Wow so this training is really good! I make it every day 5 minutes, rarely 10 Minutes! I train just for 5 days and with me you can already see a slight thigh gap!! To all who are considering to begin this training, just do it! Of course diet plays an important role, it would probably go faster through a healthy diet, because I eat moderately healthy! Check it out girls, it is really, really good workout

Basically you abs hurt becaus rthey are not strong enough for this video but they will become strong if you continue with pop pilates . About 1 and a half months ago I started doing blogilates and this was my first video. My abs were shaking like made , I couldn't straighten my legs and I had no pain I could sense in the inner thighs but now I did it again and it is so much easier! Xxx

it took me about 7 times to be able to do it from start to finish. i just think about what my thighs will look like as a result of this to get me through this challenge. motivation from start to finish is key!

Almost a year ago I started this video, it took me about 4 tries to be able to do it without a break, I stopped doing it for about 6 months and when I came back it felt like I never left! Never even put my legs down once. This workout really works, but I don't suggest doing it more than 3 times a week, because it really puts pressure on your thighs. I'm gonna try and combine these with more of her workouts and see what happens 😊
