    Damn guys. I don't know it it's just me, but hey, if any of you are just starting brand new here at Blogilates and you're doing the Janyouary calendar, CONGRATULATIONS!! You guys are beasts. Keep it up!! I have been doing Cassy's workouts for over a year now and this is by far the most consistently difficult month she has ever done. It's kicked my butt every day but it's amazing. Just keep at it, keep going hard and I promise you won't regret a single sweat or scream!

      Well that explains it all, I thought all the calendars she has done were like this :o I'm doing the JanYOUary calendar and it's almost the end of it :D In december of last year i began the old beginners calendar and I did pretty good this month, really hard, but I loved it :) good luck everyone ^^

    One year ago, I began my ab journey right here. The fact that such a short video could do so much for my body inspired me to not just whittle down my waist, but to fight for those toned abs! Now, about a year later, I've got killer obliques and can actually feel a six pack under my skin (even if its not quite visible yet).
    So....you can do it!! Keep fighting! This is a great place to start :)

      I always do that!! Whenever I see a short amount of videos I think "oh my workout will be short today" and then it ends up being an hour anyways because short videos = more intensity = more breaks = more time spent. Lol

      I'm glad I'm not the only one. I saw how short this playlist was, and I thought to myself "maybe I should add some more cardio!" Hahaha... I just finished and I am dead, so I think I won't be adding extra cardio today! These 5 videos were enough!

    I remember when I started her calendar the beginning of this month, I could never do the double leg lifts. Now I can do them no problem! Makes me feel so accomplished. :)

    I just can't do those double leg lifts! Especially the ones where we have to lift our head also...It kills me every time. I'm looking forward to the day I finally do a proper double leg lift though. That'll be a good day!

      +erika coria Maybe because our core is stronger so when we do moves where we use also use our legs, the legs work harder or something like that

    3 years later and this is still my favorite blogilates ab video! Quick, intense, hits all the muscle groups, fun, and no weird contorsions that hurt! I'm looking at you, eagle crunches!

    Beginner's Calendar 2.0 Day 15! I made it to week 3! Yay!
    My motivation for starting this workout was so low because it's the mid-autumn festival today so I ate a lot of food (and mooncakes), but I did it! Lol

    omg!! i have not done any exercise in years and although i have a relatively slim body my muscles are soo weak! This made me realize how pathetic my stomach muscles are and i am so determined to become more healthy and athletic, so Thank you so much!!!     One of my resolutions is to be able to do the splits! I'm working on it by practicing a few times every week and also trying to squeeze yoga into my schedule once a week. :) I am already feeling more flexible, so I know I will be able to do it one day! :)

    This is a really great starter for me. Im a single mum of two so finding time when I actually have energy is really difficult. And its the area in which I want to improve so "Thanks so much"!
    I wouldn't call this a new year resolution but more of a whole lifestyle change but I plan to improve my fitness by trying to get in at least a 5 min workout everyday and hopefully work my way up to more extensive workouts. Continue to eat clean and really remove toxins from my body. Keep up my health routine of Chiro, massage and homeopathics. And really step up my korean language level.
    Well these are my goals for this year and thanks for the workout!

    I'm on the beginners' calendar and this is my favourite so far! So easy to fit into my day but still as intense as the longer workouts. Love the shorter videos! 😊

    Can you please give us some tips on how to fit exercise into the busy-student life? I really want to do all of these workouts, but there's just so much school work to do!

      Good question.Because not only the people who work have problems with finding time to workout.My schedule in the university is insane and sometimes I spend 12 hours at class.No time at all.Only that I found it usefull to workout sometimes at 6 or 7pm.

    I used to be super consistent with your videos a year ago. Then busy school year, living on campus, and being surrounded with lazy roommates slowed me down to a full stop. I started out today with this video because it was one of my favorites. At the time it was a breeze to get through, but now..... oh man..! Time to get back into shape. I just have to re-commit now!

    That was awesome! I got super lazy over the last year (fell in love and starting eating and cooking) But I am back and ready to get toned for my wedding! I got a house and finally have my very own pilates room! That looks very much like yours ironically. With my busy school work and soon to be wife schedule, I never have time to go to my pilates/ballet classes but thank goodness for this chanel! 5am I am in my pilates room without fail. If not for you, these love handles would be out of control for that tight lace wedding dress I just picked out lol. Thank you so much!!!!!

    The leg lifts at the end with shoulders off the ground got me because it was the end. Loved this workout!

    Day 15 done. ♡ This video killed my my legs.. as well as my abs in some parts. I'm getting stronger though! I think I'm going to start watching the videos before I do them though just to spend less time watching to find the right way to do it.
