Edwyna Zhu same!! like i try to breathe in thru my nose + out thru my mouth but it's like my airways are blocked lol so i have to keep stopping even though the move itself is bearable, it's so weird.

Exact same for me! I thought it might have something to do with my asthma, but over time doing those exercises has gotten better as my endurance for them has improved. I usually do them on my knees ( as a modification) and it’s better. Still don’t know why this happens though!
Same! I had to stop cos I was wheezing (I don’t get this with any other moves) - and I was inhaling, exhaling correctly. I’ve got asthma too, and that’s aggravated by pollen right now. Hopefully I’ll improve as I continue to practice this move

Do you feel anything? I don't. I mean, yes, I feel a little bit of my obliques but Cassey's reaction is really not how I feel. And by the way, am I the only one whose neck hurts as hell? I am not lifting up my body with my neck but (especially in the first move) it still hurts. Thanks for an answer

I actually have a very weak neck so any moves that are like the second one in this I have to modify. It's from an old injury. Buuuut I def could feel this when I finished. I think the trick is to make sure you're engaging your core as you're working which you were probably doing. If that is this case maybe you're just really strong and need more of a challenge! I think you can add weights to these kinds of exercises although I've never tried that myself.

I agree with the cardio comments. U want to burn fat? Do cardio. And remember that you can't really choose what part of your body's fat's going to burn, your body decides for you; just like you gain fat where your body wants. Depends on the person (arms, thighs, face, belly,...).
Overall keep a clean diet, avoid sugar, avoid soda, snacks, go easy on the fat food, stay active (at least walk) and you'll be fine.

I love your workouts because you're very healthy. I know that sounds strange, but when I watch you doing them and talking to us, I feel like everything is possible for me. These workouts shaped my body really well after only doing it for about 6 weeks! There were no significant weight lost but fat lost for sure. Thanks Cassey!!!

I didn't keep track of the exact inches but the results were really significant. The best answer I can give is before doing this, i fit into US size 2 or 4 but after following this workout and "5 Exercises to flatten your lower belly", I fit into size 0 and sizes 2,4 are loose on me now. (It would help to note that I have a petite body) I hope it helped!

Just finished day three at 10:30 pm! It was so hard, but I AM SO HAPPY that I never quit. Literally sweating like a pig.
I have to say that I am one of the most nonathletic people I know. I hate the gym, running, sports. I'm a hiker but that isn't much of a workout with only flat sidewalks around. I've searched desperately for some kinda of workout that would inspire me and gain my attention. These videos are so much fun and your instructions are so simple and easy to follow. And pretty easy to keep up with for us recovering lazies!

Ugh! I love working out but this 80-90 degree weather with 60% or higher humidity, without air conditioning is killing me! I'm just sweating so much and try to do the moves but slip all over my mat lol

Katarina Elizabeth U could live here where it's the middle of freakin Summer & still need heat every night! We get like 6-8wks of hot temps a yr. then cold rain followed by 7-10mths of cold ass snow wt -30C temps :P
Michelle Taylor For the most part that is how it is here. I enjoy 50-60 degree weather so when it is actually 70-80 I hate it lol. It is also snowing here at least 6 months, usually longer since the snow tends to enjoy sticking around.

I was recently diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome and gained 40 lbs in 9 months, i was 130 now im a crazy 170 lb 18 year old.
I was looking for good shoot exercises that i could do to slim down with before christmas (been trying everything!) now that the doctor gave me birth control to send down the swelling of the cysts I'm able to work out again!!!
My husband is so happy for me because he has seen me go from being very light to very heavy and your videos are helping me a whole lot!!!

All you do is buy pre-made bread dough, tear it into small bits, stretch these bits out and put chopped up pepperoni in them (we usually buy the stick and cut it up into slivers), wrap the pepperoni up, and bake it in the oven for around 20 minutes at 350. We normally don't use anything but pepperoni in ours but you can add as much cheese or seasoning as your heart desires! Also, I can't remember the exact baking time, so check them every ten minutes or so so they don't burn.

Question: I was feeling a lot of burn in my outer thighs during the first two exercises, but none on my obliques. Does that mean my form was wrong or is that normal? thanks!

It's normal, your thighs/butt are heavy so a lot of oblique moves like these will work them as well. Your arms may get tired too.

I've been doing Blogilates since 2012 and this is still one of my favorites, I just love the energy in this one!
I love these workouts, but recently I've been having a hard time. I worked out every day last summer using blogilates and I got super strong! But I had no time in my first year at college and I didn't work out regularly at all. Now I'm stuck struggling with moves that used to be easy for me. I know I will get back to where I used to be if I just keep at it but that doesn't make it easy right now.
omg this is the story of my life 😂. this was my first year in college too and I'm facing the same problem but hopefully we'll improve again 💪
I'm not in college myself, but I think if you can squeeze in her three, five, or six minute workouts daily while you're in college, working out a lot more in the summer time won't be as hard for you.

My favorite thing about winter is that everyone is in such a happy mood and I also get to volunteer around christmas ro give gifts to families who arnt as fortuante. I love that I get ti help them and that everyone is just happy!

Had an okay Day 20 of #noMAYbes. I think I'm achieving more everyday and getting stronger! I can't wait for the day when I'm strong enough to get through a whole day's workout without stopping once, doing every move to its fullest and feeling the burn constantly.
OMG! This is really working! I've been doing this for one month now (additional to my jogging workout) and I already can see a change on my body. Not exactly on my waist, but my butt started to grow, so the waist to hip ratio decreased. Thank you, Cassey!

I always get sleeping when i do homework so in end up taking a 15 min nap which turns into a hour nap. I always gets so frustrated that this happens so instead of taking naps im going to instead substitute it with a quick workout... hope it works!

This just means there wasn't much strength in your legs/thighs so it's also getting a workout.
I felt it in my legs during the workout but the next morning my waist was soo sore hahaha
