I have done A LOT of exercise dvds and programmes and this is by far the best stretch I have ever done..,most people do the same ones but this was different and amazing. I started doing blogilates just this month and have seen amazing changes already, my arms are getting so toned and my thighs are getting leaner and my abs are getting stronger..I absolutely love you cassey and hope I can one day send in my transformation photo and story and show you how you have changed my life! :) Love you!

As you do more stretching, you get more flexible and also you gain your balance, so it kind of comes over time. If you want to improve your balance properly I would suggest you do ab workouts etc, because your balance all comes from your core :)
For the first stretch, my yoga teacher always says to make sure your legs are "like a railroad track" and not in a straight line, and squeezing your thighs together will create stability. Hope this helps!

Wow, im one with back problems and I gotta admit, this was pretty fun and easy to do! Im doing both, THE BEGINNERS 2.0 AND THE BUTT CHALLENGE CALENDARS aswell. just completed day 15 on both, So Yayyy. The results are cray cray. I thght it was bull crap at first, but boy was I wrong, Cassies the real deal, I eat better so the whole package is paying off for me. Dont give up ladys/men. It reallly works!!!!

Wow this is just what I needed! I was feeling so sore after my workout today. I curled into bed thinking about how I'm not gonna be able to move in the morning then I see this in my sub box. This is my favourite stretching video by far, because the moves are actually doable by someone who is incredibly stiff. I can't do most of the moves in your other stretching videos, but I will use this one to get there!!
When I did the crossed legs while bending over exercise, it felt really strange, like all this energy in me was being released and i felt kind of lightweight and euphoric?! it was real! I dont really believe in supernatural things..but idk, maybe just a pressure point?

I still have a long way to go, but I have a lot more confidence in myself and am feeling much better about the way I look and feel. Day 6, yay! So happy that Cassie included hamstring stretched. About two months ago I pulled my hamstring and it was some of the worst pain ever. It feels so good to stretch them again!
