    My tummy is turned on with those bear twist hip dips I can drop it low now ! And my obliques are feeling the burn with modified star crunches !

    I loved it!!! I had to modify on the last exercise, had to be on my knee. I always slip & slide on those poses, any hints on how to do it correctly? P.s I also use your mat🙌🏽Thx and blessings to you Sarabeth🌸

    That was hard especially straight after yoga for flexibility level 2 ..
    caught myself with facial strain ..ha .. so I smiled then all suddenly seemed better.

    This was surprisingly challenging! I had to modify all to be on forearms because of a hand injury - I’m not sure if that made it any easier.

    Hi! I absolutely love your videos! I was wondering if you had any plans on doing an ab focused workout that doesn't involve planks or being in the plank position for long? Due to some pretty serious joint damage I can't maintain a plank for very long without pain..
