Hi! I absolutely love your videos! I was wondering if you had any plans on doing an ab focused workout that doesn't involve planks or being in the plank position for long? Due to some pretty serious joint damage I can't maintain a plank for very long without pain..
Your 5 min routines are always the thing that safely pulls me back into a self care routine. Can't thank you enough. I look forward to the challenge of getting through this one from beginning to end, while breathing!😝

My tummy is turned on with those bear twist hip dips I can drop it low now ! And my obliques are feeling the burn with modified star crunches !
