idk if im doing it wrong but I don't understand how to do the chest shoulder stretch cactus arm thing, I cant move like that I cant move by body back that far that pulls my muscle in my arm chest and it hurts I cant do what ur showing so easily
You can just prop yourself up on a pillow or rolled blanket for less of a stretch and throughout the day consider stretching your chest in a doorframe with the same kind of cactus arm to help you open up more

This is SUCH a great routine! I tried it for the first time yesterday and loved it so much that I was actually EXCITED to get out of bed this morning (for once) so that I could do it again, haha!! 😅🙈 Today, I paused the vid and breathed into each pose. It felt amazing! Thank you, Sarah Beth 🙏🏽❤️
3rd day in a row today. I realized that I can just change the playback speed to 0.5x so I hold the poses longer and don’t have to physically pause the vid. Great realization! 💡 Thanks again for such an amazing channel. I am a chiropractor and massage therapist and came across your channel +/-10 years ago when I was having back pain before bed. Your nighttime in-bed hip yoga routine changed my life!! Since then, I have often sent your vids to a huge number of my patients. They are often game changing 💪🏽❤️🙏🏽
@@sarahbethyoga that’s true - I think what confused me was I wasn’t sure the end result so I was moving my body through what you said to do - but I was like wait where is this going - and then I was like oh you want us on our side because I couldn’t see you I could only hear maybe like a photo of the end result like ie when you get to this point it will be a dog ward dog for example . However Sarahbeth I respect you for acknowledging my comment and not deleting it or ignoring it - that shows your character - maybe I will try it again but not today . Thanks

I thought this was really simple, quick, and definitely got the job done! Great for when there is not a lot of time to practice.

Sometimes the first time through a lot of yoga routines can feel confusing. Try it again, you might catch on to parts you missed the first time.
