    I had a horrific night, spent mostly in the Emergency Room with my boyfriend. Today I don't feel like I can even get up. Your video was sent from heaven. Thank you so much, especially for your kind and encouraging words at the end. I really really needed to hear this.

    Bummed out due to the storm ruining my plans to surprise my granddaughter in Michigan for her recital. I cried all night. I saw the 21 day challenge to possibly lift my spirits. So I did the yoga but what got me at the end were the inspirational words. Much needed.

    Wow, I so needed this. I am so excited. I’ve been able to do all three days. I cannot believe that my mobility is so bad. Five minutes has been such a blessing getting me back into a routine. Thank you so much.❤

    I did this one back in January and it’s different the second time. I really explored the pelvic tilt and the breathing. Last time I was more cognizant of my arm movements.

    so needed this today cuz i definitely feel like a lazy gurl with this dreary weather 🧘🏾‍♀ my shoulder range in the right side needs some work, the floor angels were not so easy to keep my shoulder down as I thought. great 5 minute practice I will do again. Namaste 💜

    Sarah Beth that you so much for this 21 day challenge. I am entering the year 2024 getting ove a bad cold and I am still recovering. Your short daily Yoga videos are helping me to keep my mind and body strong and active instead of lying in bed while I continue to recover.     love your five minute segments. I am a chronic pain warrior plus rehabbing a broken ankle & wrist- Looking forward to teaching 2 (used to be 3) mornings a week to my wonderful friends & members of the Ashford Fitness Society in Ashford, CT- I teach free classes for women 50+. We do bastardized yoga in a chair or standing as part of our curriculum and always end with different methods of deep breathing. You are a wonderful inspiration.     what a relaxing video! the words you said at the end were very touching. I learned that the first pose you did is called full wind pose. i’ve done that pose in my yoga class but didn’t know it had a name.

    Who knew the pelvic tilt was so important. Guess that's why I like the roll up bridge versus the straight bridge. Cuz it helps my cranky back.
