Bummed out due to the storm ruining my plans to surprise my granddaughter in Michigan for her recital. I cried all night. I saw the 21 day challenge to possibly lift my spirits. So I did the yoga but what got me at the end were the inspirational words. Much needed.
Wow, I so needed this. I am so excited. I’ve been able to do all three days. I cannot believe that my mobility is so bad. Five minutes has been such a blessing getting me back into a routine. Thank you so much.❤

I did this one back in January and it’s different the second time. I really explored the pelvic tilt and the breathing. Last time I was more cognizant of my arm movements. Thank you
so needed this today cuz i definitely feel like a lazy gurl with this dreary weather 🧘🏾♀ my shoulder range in the right side needs some work, the floor angels were not so easy to keep my shoulder down as I thought. great 5 minute practice I will do again. Namaste 💜

We do bastardized yoga in a chair or standing as part of our curriculum and always end with different methods of deep breathing. You are a wonderful inspiration. Who knew the pelvic tilt was so important. Guess that's why I like the roll up bridge versus the straight bridge. Cuz it helps my cranky back.
