    This is my first time doing yoga. I am a big chested big bellied girl so I just about killed myself through suffocation. However, I am clearly still alive since I am writing this with a smile on my face because I actually DID IT! I did the whole thing. No hospitalization needed! I didn’t do it perfectly but I did it waaaaaay better than I had anticipated. Thank you for the video that has gotten me on the road to being all around healthier. I can’t wait explode you’re other videos😊

    I'm so grateful that I found you on RUclips. It's been two months doing yoga with your guidance. My body feels amazing, I'm in a good mood the whole day.
    I loved the way you teach me to let go of the need to control and learn to trust. I'm a highly sensitive person so it's been really frustrating to see the circumstances nowadays, absorbing too much negative energy from the news.
    Doing yoga with you every morning is like a sanctuary for me.

    I absolutely loved this video. Very concise and to the point. I’m glad you didn’t spend 5-10 minutes focusing on breathing. And there were no distractions in the background. Loved it.

    Thank you Sarah Beth for another awesome yoga workout. I'm not a beginner but I love that you offer routines that are accessible to everyone no matter their personal yoga journey! I appreciate that you offer modifications because I have sensitive wrists and am unable "right now" to do full plank and downward facing dog. I am happy that I can gain similar benefits from the practice even if my version varies from yours. You are appreciated!

    Thank you so much for this yoga tutorial! I’m recently beginning a new chapter in my life and this is the perfect way to start. It certainly won’t be easy but it is a worthwhile and meaningful journey as it reflects upon some recent adversities that I’ve faced myself and how I can utilize the strength within to overcome any life challenge. As a Black American, this is very important for me to remember and yoga really helps me to build that inner strength. If my ancestors could use their inner strength to pull through the hard times, then I learn to do the same via yoga and it will help me to go even further in life😄

    I appreciate these beginner yoga videos so much. I've avoided yoga for years because of the slow pace and my lack of strength. Somehow I found Tai Chi suited me better but I was never consistent with that either. These short videos are not only helping me learn the poses and strengthen my body but they've also helped me to ease into the slowness of yoga. I'm sure as I grow stronger and more confident in my poses that I'll be able to do yoga for longer durations of time. Thank you, Sarah Beth.

    Thank you thank you for this video and these words. I decided to do yoga out of anger because my treadmill was having issues. I've only done yoga about 3-4 times before in my life and right now I'm having a hard time in my life. Listening to you at the end made me cry because I could feel the storm inside and it was like everything stopped for a second. Will definitely do more of your videos. Thank you!

    I appreciate your reminders with alignment and positioning, and your step-by-step descriptions. More than anything, though, I come to your videos for the ending statement ("There is a place inside of you, where the entire universe dwells...") It really speaks to me

    I'm not a yoga master by any means, but my practice has been consistent for a good few years and I like to think I'm marginally competent by now.
    But dude I did this beginner one after a brief period of low activity over the holidays, and I gotta tell you, the phrase "plug your fingers into the ceiling" has completely changed my awareness of my hands in those stronger standing poses now. I just wanted to come back here to say that. Much love and many thanks! We never know enough to stop learning and evolving 🙏🏽💚

    WOW sarabeth! i have been doing one of your other beginner videos (definitely a little easier than this one was lol) regularly for over 1 year now. it helped me get started with my health and wellness journey, lose 125 lbs and helped me find my love of yoga. but lately ive been feeling down and finding it hard to stay motivated. so today i decided to try this one and i am actually in tears! this is exactly what i needed-not only a new challenge but everything you were saying about adversity and discomfort really spoke to my heart. thank you so much for another great video sara beth!

    I’ve recently suffered a traumatic brain injury and I’ve been doing a few of your beginner videos for 19 days now! I feel better than I have in a long time , the videos are so positive and short that I can do three or four every day! And feel proud of myself.     I found your videos yesterday as I’m just beginning my yoga journey. Your voice is so soothing and soft. I love the encouragement you give and I honestly shed a tear at the very end when you were talking about letting go of things. That is my one true enemy. I carry so much around me with, I forget to relax and enjoy the moments. Hoping this will also help with my severe anxiety! Thank you!

    I'm 90 lbs overweight. I've already lost 90 and I've been adding movement into my life for the last 4 months. Yoga is new for me, so this ine was quite difficult given the extra body weight I have. I made it through with some modifications. I did like that you said it'sin the discomfort that you grow. 🙌 I'm pleased with how well I did, although the side planks were the hardest.

    Great beginner video! This was my first time trying yoga that wasn’t intimidating! I’m a 52 year old military veteran with chronic back pain from a severe back injury that required a spinal fusion when I was 21…….exercise has always been a challenge for me because I can’t stretch enough to get into positions or hold them. I was able to accomplish most of the stretches today and I don’t feel overwhelmed! Thank you!

    I’ve been practicing yoga for almost 5 years now but this was still nice to do to tap into my beginners mind. I was feeling a bit fidgety before this and now I feel like I burned up some of that energy, so that’s good.

    I am so thankful for your video, very thorough and details. I have heart disease that keep me from doing variety of workout, easily trigger shortness of breath, I couldn't maintain 2 minutes work out without shortness of breath, I felt frustrated and gave up on exercise for almost 2 yrs. Your video is a wonderful inspiration. I exercise again now without feeling too exhausted. It's so nice to be able to exercise again. Thank you so very much !!!

    Tried yoga today for the 1st time and this was AMAZING!!! I needed something stress free, helps me stretch out after sitting all day, and brings me peace! Her encouragement throughout the video helped so much lol I even cried at the end! *Im emotional* but This will be an everyday activity/exercise for me from now on! Lol (Im sweating bullets btw) but it'll be worth it! Go try it! 👏🏾🙌🏾💃🏽

    I’ve been doing your 15 minute full boy yoga routine for 9 months now, and just stumbled upon this one. I enjoy how this video is actually 15 min of yoga, where as other videos include before and after talk in the 15 min batch. That said, I found this routine, using the variations easier than the previous video. If you could make a video one of these days, of a very rigorous / advanced 15 minute routine, maybe the hardest you can think of, I’d loooooove that. I’d do it everyday until I mastered it! Not sure if you’re followers are looking for more hardcore, but you definitely have one guy interested!
    Anyways, thanks for these videos on RUclips. Words fail to describe how impactful introducing yoga into my life has been, and it’s cause of you.

    Thank you for your series, I’ve never been one who exercised regularly and because I’m so out of shape it was really hard for me to consistently do fitness classes at my college because I felt so much more behind than anyone else. Im looking to change that this year though and I’ve been doing your videos consistently for the last couple of weeks and I can already see and feel the results :)
