Day 4. I feel great. I have tried several different beginner yoga programs. This is the first one that actually works you up slowly. And walks you through step by step in ways you understand. I'm really living this. Thank you!
Same! I thought they would actually hurt...but they didn't! If I hadn't started to trust SarahBeth, I may not have tried them to be honest. Felt shockingly good.
This is just what I need at the moment, whilst recovering from being in hospital. Also, it's always good to go back to basics once in a while to maintain correct form and techniques. Thank you, Sarah please keep doing these challenges!x

I love how you slow down all the moves I just previously did on auto-pilot, without understanding how each micro-movement affected my breath and nervous system. This is such a great way to relearn how to unite my mind and body with yoga. You're amazing, Sarah Beth!

Hi! Thread the Needle felt so good for my upper back body! I tend to carry a lot of tension in my upper back body, especially my traps. So this pose offers a lovely release. Also, I laughed when you said, "standing with a lot of sass!" So funny, but I did exactly that. Thanks for another lovely practice 🙏💜
Your narration during the pose is very helpful! I appreciate the tips during the poses that reinforce the right way and guard against many wrong ways that the poses could be done.
This definitely helped with my morning aches and pains. I am enjoying this beginner's yoga very much. I have been joining you for yoga for a few years now off & on. I have always enjoyed your classes.

I have just recovered from Covid and decided to try Yoga as a less intensive workout to help me get my body back on track. It is working really well and the way you present it makes it really easy to grow into it. Enjoying these 10min intros, really loving the tutorials in each one as it helps me understand your timeless classics from years and years ago! Bad sleeping and PC useage has come to a bad posture so these are great for really stretching me out. 10mins is no time at all.
