Anyone who wants to go at a slightly more moderate pace, you can use the settings gear wheel on the bottom right of the video and change Speed to 0.75. That helped me enjoy this practise more as the breathing and movements were a bit too quick for my body. I really like this flow. Thanks Sarah Beth!

I started back then stiff, tired, and over weight. Combined with a calorie deficit meal plan I've lost 16lbs, lowered my blood pressure, and even my A1c. Imagine that! This 10 minute video made me sweat so much! Haven't had a good workout in a long time and I love that I am using my whole body to move. Great work and excited for all your new stuff! I do want to make a video request for a short Svasana video that we can watch after doing your other routines. I know some of the videos end with a svasana pose but it is up to the viewers if they want to do it or not. With a video dedicated to it, and with your soothing voice and maybe good background music, I think it will be helpful for many of us and really force us to lay down, rest and absorb all the goodness yoga just did to our bodies. Love this flow! I’ve done this so many times already. This is my go to for a quick morning wake-me-up. The minimal voice over, pacing, and sequence really get me into a good flow and mind space in the morning. I used to do yoga weekly after i losed some weight and now after gaining a lot of it, doing this was such a challenge. Doing this 1 or 2 years ago would've been so easy and enjoyable but now it was difficult and it's okay I guess. Growth and improvement is a process that needs dedication 🌞
I'm whale-sized, and I quickly get bored with yoga, as the instructor either talks too much, or I struggle to do the poses. Iove this woman. I feel so much more relaxed and calm doing yoga now 😊

Great video,the chatarunga modification was beautifully clear,really helped me achieve this challenging pose. I personally would prefer instruction throughout rather than the free flow bit and I second ending softly,perhaps with a couple of meditative minutes to seal the practice.its a joy to have you back,your focus and lack of rambling gives a great clear practice,can't wait for more!
