@@khushityagi3187do what you can and breathe into it! It will be a struggle at the start but your body will adapt to movement. At the beginning it’s important to build a foundation of consistency. Even if that means doing 5 minutes a day to start. All the best on your journey!

Hi Sarah! This is my husbands youtube account but just wanted to say Hi from Australia!! :) Your videos have helped me in so many ways. I have had alot of anxiety issues to date but I try to remind myself to take your advice, "your daily practice is your strongest practice" and whenever I am feeling anxious or stressed, i take 5 or 10 and focus on your yoga and my mat and practicing meditation. Doing your yoga first thing when i wake up and last thing at night makes you feel refreshed for the day and calm before bed at night. I had been doing your practices almost every day for a couple of months and recently had a hectic couple of weeks and didn't do any for a week. It was incredible the amount my body had tensed up in a just a week! I am a dental assistant for work, so not the best for your back and neck. So you are 100% correct, your daily practice is much better than 1 hour once a week. I also love the music you incorporate, it so perfectly ties in. You probably get sick of saying the same uplifting quotes but gosh do they work in the moment and just top off the yoga practice! As its not easy to stay positive with whats happening in the world at the moment. Sarah Beth keep doing what you're doing! Your doing a fantastic job.... All the best!
Getting to be middle aged, the shoulders and back really do need to be opened, as we spend all our years oriented forwards (as our eyes are in front of our face and not on the sides,top or back of the head). Even without desk/computer work, the body tends to cave in and down upon itself with age. Thank you very much for this intense moment of acknowledging our shoulders and upper back. My favorite part is all of it.....i struggle with a crazy anxiety disorder and have tons of tension in my upper body (horrible posture) that not only causes pain, but makes carrying myself very difficult. Hi! I’m so glad you’re enjoying my videos! For hair, to be fair I have thick Indian hair but also I only wash 2-3x a week with argon oil based shampoos and conditioners, no phalates or sulfates. I put oil in the mids and ends while air drying and only blowout once a week, if at all.

My favorite part was the whole thing. I have bad upper body posture and suffer from tense upper back, shoulders and neck. This routine really helped to loosen me up and feel more flexible.

Your basic yoga video helped me start my healthy addiction to yoga. I started in April and since then it's been my morning routine + meditation. You are amazing. In this video, my favorite part is the twist with palm on top of the other. It's so good, I feel the deep stretch as I breathe.

Yay day 1. Been needing to do yoga for years (I'm now 65!!) cos I have always had stiff hip joints and an old sporting shoulder injury from my youth which I recently re-injured, so it's time...exactly where I need to be I think you said! I always found yoga classes go too fast and its stressful trying to keep up. Now thanks to my yoga friend who sent me your link, I am on the floor in my Australian rainforest home. Quite liking this for my long standing frozen shoulder. Couldn't do all of the stretches fully, but I feel that it will help and that I'll gradually get better and my arm more flexible. Thank you🙂

Been needing to do yoga for years (I'm now 65!!) cos I have always had stiff hip joints and an old sporting shoulder injury from my youth which I recently re-injured, so it's time...exactly where I need to be I think you said! I always found yoga classes go too fast and its stressful trying to keep up. Now thanks to my yoga friend who sent me your link, I am on the floor in my Australian rainforest home. I really enjoyed that routine and have sent away for the flexible hips routine!!! Perfect start to my day thank you Sarah Beth.

This session is very good, I like how it targets shoulders and upper back, and is not too hard for beginners
Quite liking this for my long standing frozen shoulder. Couldn't do all of the stretches fully, but I feel that it will help and that I'll gradually get better and my arm more flexible. Thank you🙂
15 minutes flew by. I liked the cow/cat stretches. I never thought about moving my shoulder blades in these movements. Namaste.
