    This is great! So glad you didn't tell us your life story and why you are wearing the shoes you have on. This is exactly what everyone needs - simple forms to get started with!

    I'm a 48yr male who went from 260plus lbs to 185-190lbs in a yr from diet changes alone. Now I started working out and have an interest in kettle bell exercise. This video was very helpful.

    I love these kinds of videos where they don’t over complicate things. Other videos are like “your arm must be at exactly 45 degrees, etc…” your body will usually tell if you are doing something wrong.

    No nonsense video, thanks. Some exercises could be a bit dangerous for the back in case of back problems or if not perfectly performed but overall very useful ideas for some work in the gym or at home.

    OK OK, I really like this simple exercise. And no one telling me that 20lbs is to light. It may very well be. But to me, it's a good weight to start of with and to follow this video. I can always up the weight as I grow. Thanks so much!!! I'm all in. Lol.

    Una duda. No es el mismo peso en las kettlebells que usas para los ejercicios de pierna que para los de brazos verdad? En si se tendrían que tener dos pesos diferentes para tren superior que para tren inferior? O se puede con la misma. Qué es lo más recomendable?

    • @MirafitOfficial
      @MirafitOfficial  Месяц назад

      Siempre debes usar un peso con el que te sientas cómodo. Si es un ejercicio que no has realizado antes, empieza siempre con un peso ligero y aumenta el peso a medida que te fortalezcas. Específicamente, qué peso usar será diferente para cada persona; sin embargo, tenemos un artículo que puede ayudarlo: mirafit.co.uk/blog/what-weight-kettlebell-should-i-get/

    How is this solo on the ratings? It took me 30 minutes of frustration. No I don't need a 20 minute workout where the first 10 minutes has no kettlebells cuz I also need to watch someone go through the entire set to figure out what I want to do with movements now that I bought the things

  • @r.4960

    Nice quali from the vid. But i realy dont get the hype about kettlebell. 98% from the exercise I can use a normal dumbell

    I like putting a fat gripz on it for comfort and use a kettlebell a bit like monkey feet

    I am surprised the "Around the waist" exercise was not included here.
    Standing up with feet shoulder width apart, simply pass the kettlebell from one hand to the other full circle around your waist.
