Loved it. I was such a sweaty mess but it hit every part of my body that I wanted to hit in a workout. Loved that it was just 30 minutes. It makes it so accessible for a busy mum during summertime 😊
A great way to start after I hadn't worked out for a week. I used light weights however Next time I am upping my weights to increase the challenge. Thank you for creating this workout!

Great workout tried on the first move to do 15’s but had to go to 12’s due to lower back felt better not as hard on the back but with the 12’s still felt the core and the move was awesome. Great combos-great overall.
Im a day behind and I went ahead and did this workout again today. Still used 12’s on the compound Lund and shoulder press up but it was a lot smoother and really focused. Other than that I used either the same weight or heavier. The lungs/curtesy I paused after each combo to give my lower back rest. I didn’t hurt once today, which is a win win! Great workout
