Grateful that you have such a variety of workouts for us, Chris- especially on demand 🙌. Injured my hand (cooking accident 😮) so I can’t grip a dumbbell for a bit. Band workouts have been great to keep me on track with strength sessions this week.

Holy moly! Booty on fire! I had to do 30 seconds each leg on their floor segment the burn was intense! 🥵I am going to save this workout because I’m going away in October and I still want to be able to work out and this will be perfect. I can pack my band in my suitcase and I’m good to go. Thanks so much Chris. 🙏❤️

I used my new Booty/Regina bands for the first time with this workout & as Chris mentioned in a previous workout, using these bands would be game changer. That was no joke! The bands made me very conscious of my legs' positioning & to not allow my knees to collapse inwards. I think my leg muscles worked harder as a result. Of course, anytime I do one of Chris's workouts, I work hard! Ha! Thank you, Chris for a great booty & abs workout! 😃

Abs and legs are a good combo. Love bird-dogs and planks. Also (you correctly called it) I love the side crunches on that little butt muscle that used to hurt me but now feels like a massage.
The band is much tougher than it looks. This is the perfect workout you can do anywhere. Happy Labor Day!

Can't wait to do this later. Going dancing today so will get some cardio in. At 71 the 30 minutes are enough at the moment as the program I'm subscribed to here only have 20-30 minute workouts but I'm going to work up to 45 minutes. I need some inner thigh toners so I think this one should have some in it. Thank you so much for these I'm loving them. Did my second of your workouts yesterday and so excited to do a step one (beginner!) next week for my cardio workout. I seriously can't say enough about you and your workouts. Been down for a while with a tweaked knee and this was perfect to get back into strength training for Lower Body. Followed up with 30 minute Foam Roller to help ensure good practice and promote proper alignment, release, and relief. Thanks so much Chris for the complete variety and caring for our well-being ❤

Labor Day was laboring around house so I didn't get to do the leg workout. Making sure to stay on track and stregnthen up my whole body but emphasis on back and upper legs. Soccer coming up. Now off to the upper body segment.

yes I did this today! Had to modify and slow down just a little but got through it. Unfortunaely if I don't do cardio I don't feel like I've done anything. I'll do a 5km walk later today. xo
