Chris, this mobility was a life savior for me.
Life threw me a curve ball this week as my daughter, 7 yrs old was admitted to the hospital. As result, I had missed the regular workouts for two day and now my back and hips were hurting from the hospital chair. Then I remembered, Chris has a hip mobility I can do here in my daughter's room!! An that is what I did! Nurses came twice while I was this and said boy does that look good and what a postive and good thing to do for yourself and her! Thank you

Missed day 29 and 30 on their drop days but was in Boston welcoming my first grandson, Aiden James! Making them up today and today was delicious!

I did this after a weight workout today. Yesterday, I wrote that I woke up with a stiff, sore, sciatic back and I found you from a search . So I did that 45 min back workout and wow I feel sooooo much better today. Thank you so much. Glad my back was sore because that's how I found you!!!

Did a 30 minute step and followed up with delicious stretch yesterday! Onto Day 30 today after my granddaughter goes home. She’s 2 and a half and drags my step out everytime she’s over.

Just did this stretch today after doing a 40 min Tabata. Felt “ delicious .” What beautiful scenery at Jen’s house. I can’t stress enough how wonderful these Mobility Classes are making my body feel so much better. You will feel more flexible and they also help improve balance. So needed. Chris, I can’t thank you enough. I would never do anything like this without your knowledge and guidance and push to make us do them.

Trying to incorporate mobility into my afterworkouts. I like it
I have loved this challenge. I had to finish the last 3 days today due to travel, but it's been fantastic for me. I'm a lifelong exerciser who always did 3 to 5 minutes of stretching at the end of my work outs, but after I had a total hip replacement I started stretching 10 to 15 minutes every day once I recovered and went back to exercise. It made a huge difference and taught me the value of keeping limber. Thank you so much, Chris!
