Thank you for this workout! I loved the 80's music so much, it took me right back to my childhood. I don't comment nearly enough, but I have loved every workout I've done of yours. You were the motivator for me to get back into strength training after only doing cardio for too long. I now do strength 3-4 days a week along with cardio and I am feeling great! Also my arms have definition again and my clothes are looser! Thank you, Chris!
