    45 minutes. You could watch tv or scroll through social media, but at the same time you could do this workout. And guess what makes your body feel great and you’re mind happy: doing this workout ! Let’s get up moving 🙌🏼

    Hi KayKay!❤ it's been a hot minute since I've done your workouts, as I am pregnant with my second and have been soo ill. I remember sharing this workout with my mum as it's less intense as your other workouts. Thank you thank you thank you! My 4th session back and feel so great for getting back into it. So thank you. Obviously modified the core exercises for pregnancy safe core exercises but loved it. Will be doing this every week! ❤

    I absolutely 💯 ♥️ loved this, slightly slower paced, no repeat, dumbbell workout; slower pace allows me to keep good form and technique. More of these would be fabulous 🎉💪🌿💫thank you, I love your mix of workouts, depending on my mood and how I feel 🙏🌷 x

    Mostly I cannot do all of the exercises due to an injury, the descriptions are super helpful to think of a modification in advance.

    Love this one ❤️ no cardio and jumping today which i wanted a break from and a much needed long core finisher

    Great workout. Every time I am surprised at how heavy the weights feel even though I usually lift much heavier.
    Time went by quickly and the workout was challenging but not overstraining. I really liked the balanced upper lower part. The heavy core involvement was superb. My core has become so much stronger ever since I have started incorporating your workouts. Seriously. They say you dont need to train core because it is involved in deadlifts, squats etc., but I dont find that to be very true. Even though I do all these exercisesI still struggle with some workouts like heavier renegade or bear rows as well as exercises like hollow etc.
    Many people train abs and thing they will get that amazing six pack but whst I have realized what really makes your med section look (and be) strong is a good core that holds everything tight and makes abs pop out more.

      I used to do that on my channel too but I don't know if this is relevant cause it takes time ? And even if someone copies, the copying can be done by watching the whole video 😅 right ?
