    Always love these strength +conditioning form of session ...feeling strong with high heartbeat at the same time ....and i haven't seen anybody else to provide such variations of workouts at a single session ...and that's why u r best ❤❤❤❤😊😊😊
    And in the description u said hope we don't mind u adding extra 5 minute ...u add extra 15 minutes then also we wouldn't mind cause ur workouts are incredibly well..😊😊😊

      Yes. My favorite format. One heavy weight strength training exercise followed by bodyweight cardio. It’s an all in one training session. 💪

    Thx a lot again Kay ❤ Love those combination strength and bodyweight/hitt. It's still a strong WOD without wearing weights (I'm recovering from attachment pain due to overtraining wearing to often weights 🤭)

    Ich hab es mal wieder geliebt! Ich hatte mental und körperlich eine nicht ganz optimale Woche und hab etwas gebraucht mich heute zum Training aufzuraffen, aber nach den ersten paar Sekunden mit dir im Workout war die Motivation und Laune wieder direkt ganz oben! 😍

    Kay Kay! Please teach us how to keep our tummies flat & backs pressed against the floor during abs, I find my stomach cones and back arches and I don’t know how to properly position myself. You are the best ever
