- Get ready to work out with fitness trainer Natalie White, who will be leading this 30-minute no-repeat workout joined by Luisa Fonseca and Dustin Ripkens! In this routine, you'll start off with some deep breaths followed by a sequence of skips, arm circles, and squats that are sure to get your blood flowing. This high-intensity cardio workout is sure to keep your heart rate up with a series of jump squats, quick feet, leg kicks, and so much more! This routine includes plenty of advancements and modification, so be sure to take breaks in between if needed. All you need is a mat to get started!

I really appreciated you including a plus size member! As a plus size member I need the modifications to begin with until I get healthier and able to do the full workout. Really makes me feel it’s okay to start with modifications.
The modified exercises are a great help for those who have mobility issues for whatever reasons - from physical handicap to having extra weight.
I'm a beginner, and this lovely model finally showed a modified version. As a beginner, I rely on modified exercises❤ thank you for great work!
I'm so proud of Louisa for trying and sticking it to the end. When I see these workout videos I am afraid to even start but she has motivated me to try even if I do have limited movements

I absolutely loved this workout! I really enjoyed the trainer, she was fun and not annoying :-) and the workout was challenging but doable, I really enjoyed this trainer hope to see more of her videos and boy, do I feel good!

Oh instant fave! Definitely will be on my cardio day rotation from now on! ❤❤ Since we don’t know how many moves are left I did find myself looking at the timer more BUT it still felt like it moved by quickly!
I had to modify those side kicks and removed the jumps bc I was dying 😅 Definitely got my cardio in and wow so many different moves
Oh wow this was tough. I try to do one HIIT a week and always have to psych myself up for these types of workouts. So glad you had mini breathers between each move. Only had to modify 2 moves and so proud of myself for getting this one in. Thank you so much you make it look so easy.
Great workout! I needed to take a few more breaks but, give me time, and I'll get there. It's great that you talk us through the exercises while doing them as sometimes I am too busy doing the exercise (and keep breathing!) To look at the screen.

I literally only watched this because of the 2 females and one male, sizes and abilities. A nice mixture.
This was AMAZING 😭 You guys' energy was so positive from the start until the end! I had a tough day because my knees are kinda painful and that made me feel stressed because in my mind my body is already failing on me, even though I'm still young. But this workout made me feel so confident and strong and grateful for my body because it got me through the entire workout. Thank you so much! Love from Germany ♥️

Overall, this was a good workout. My only issue is there were a few exercises where the modification wasn’t explained before the exercise started and the modification wasn’t intuitive, so I ended up missing the first few seconds to watch for the modification or she explained the modification while she was already doing the exercise.

I do it 7 times a week to stay active and move because I have more sedentary days and I supplement it with 10,000 daily steps plus 5 strength sessions a week.
And with all this, I've managed to lose 53 kg.

My goodness, it’s so disturbing to see the ‘oversized’ woman struggling with so many movements. Nobody should ever dare to say ‘I’m fat and I’m happy with it’ again.
It’s important to bring different sizes and ages and show modifications. But please don’t bring overweight instructors you used to bring - it sucks and looks totally unprofessional
I hope you realise the action of your words. This is just discrimination and overall super rude, fitness is for everyone and honestly it’s awesome that they have the intelligence to show that overweight people work out too. It should be accessible to everyone, excluding this population like you want to is just not the solution and often why these people are ashamed of themselves.

I don’t think so, also the modifications she did were crap! This is obviously not good for beginners new to this channel as they won’t know necessary what are actually good modifications to use. Also, I wish they would stop moving the camera around and just keep everyone in picture, so you know what tempos to follow.
I totally disagree with supermarketsrevil. So an overweight person should not exercise? Don't they need to exercise in order to lose weight?
For once, as long as the obese person is not the instructor, I can close my eyes on the issue.
Many type of obesities medical as well like hormonal , thyroid, endocrine etc and those ppl want to exercise as well …I think good to encourage them , fitness should be for all genders , body shapes , abilities and souls 🦋 amen 🦋
thank you for an energetic workout. some feedback: words matter. they matter a lot. so while being in a middle of a strenous workout one repeatedly hears the words 'not good' ' i hate myself' 'i can't wait for this to be over' and someone said i want to drink wine instead...quite demotivating. so keep up the good workout but please try to adjust your mindset and thereby also language.
