I recently found out that I have cancer. On Monday I had a port placed in my chest and my first chemo infusion. I was depressed all week thinking I would never be able to exercise at my previous level. This routine was a perfect one to start with as I can't jump or use my right arm until next week. Thank you so much for the variety of workouts that you provide. After today, I have a more positive outlook and feel that I will be back to my usual level by next week. You are a life saver.

This was such a fun workout! Great music to go with the moves. I actually finished the workout, did my arm exercises and went back and did the workout again. The endorphin rush was too much to pass up for a second run through! Thank you, Chris, for another great workout! ❤️❤️❤️

I loved this workout! It felt like dancing! A few months ago I really struggled with the non-stop cardio workouts, but now I felt like I could keep up better (but I'll never be able to keep up with Chris 😄). Thanks for the fun workout!

Love this class!!!!! great, terribly fun and greati music. I really hope you will do more of this workout also longer then this maybe 45/50 minutes, I think it would be awesome since this kind of class are really simple to modify if nedeed so they can be longer. Please do more 👍👏👏👏👏👏👍👍👍👍

So I have to admit that I have not been doing your dance workouts because I have zero rhythm or grace however, this was so so so much fun and energizing that I will do this and other dancing workouts again!! Perfect length too as I hop between kids activities and job! Take care!

This was a perfect workout today. I was tired and didn’t want to do much. This was a blast. I moved a lot, burned a lot of calories, had fun, and it didn’t feel like work at all. Great workout, Chris! Thanks for keeping me moving.

So true, be grateful that the body can do this, I’m over 50, over weight, but I’m able to do most all the moves in your workout videos (need to modify, eg. burpees [not included in this particular workout session]I use my staircase, started on the 3rd step up, then 2nd, now the 1st! Not sure I can go all the way on the ground, I’m a little bit frightened of hurting myself. Clumsy). But I just move, nearly every day. Love my strong arms, legs and core!
