I did this one last night after work. Walked up to the schoolyard and put my iphone on the window ledge. It was great because the windows were like a mirror for me. Love being outside where I don't have to worry about space. Thank you Chris!!

kicked my butt and gave me a great workout. i can feel my punches getting stronger! also i absolutely love your constant encouragement, it's super supportive and positive! i couldn't agree more - everyone has a different body and we need to be grateful for that! after quite a number of years of body shaming and negative thoughts, i'm learning to love myself exactly how i am (although it doesn't mean that i can't work on getting stronger and fitter)!

Not having done yesterday's step and strength, I had a lot of energy to burn today, so I repeated just that last segment one time, and it was great, no boredom. There are only so many moves you can do in kickboxing but you still found creative combinations and it felt fun and dancey. I often compare you to my old kickboxing instructor from Oakland CA who was a cheerleader for the Warriors, then a dance company owner, and also taught kickboxing and boot camp. You both combine tough strength based moves with engaging choreography and great music. Very rare combination of skills, and yes I felt my obliques from yesterday's full body!

Chris Thanks for workout it is 106 herein Fresno California about 15 16 straight days of over 100 (see why i just say Calif and not the city HAA) but doing it it even has a bit of humidity to it which we are not use to. but work up great sweat
