I did this following a kickboxing Tabata. And it was just what I needed. My shoulders were on fire. And I’ve learned that I need to go up in weight for my biceps. Thank you so much for being here for this journey and giving me such an awesome resource to get it done.

My daughter and I did this workout today. It’s fabulous-even if it is a little older
I did this workout on a Monday after spending a weekend working a youth softball tournament and logging 30,000 steps. Wanted to do something that didn’t involve lower body. This was perfect. Paired it with the 15 minute oblique workout! Just what I needed!

My first workout after a 2 month forced break due to surgery. I did it the routine twice. Can’t wait to get back up to where I used to be 😢. Reality check, a lot is lost when you stop working those muscles. I’m looking forward to the workout soreness 💪🏼 Thanks Chris!

I still do this 2-3 times a week - a fabulous (quick and sneaky) way to polish those muscles using heavier weights than you would in a longer workout. Once your arms start to scream and say WTF... it's over. "Smiles"

LOVE this arm workout, Chris!! I was sooooo happy to see the side rotation move! That move is so effective! I love that you keep it simple, basic and effective and do not try and put creative and unsafe variations on the moves.

had done a lot of outside cardio today and not much time to do anything else. needed some more upper body this week and pretty much talked myself out it until I saw this one. perfect when low on time and high on the I did some strenght today feeling. :)

Chris, this is exactly what I need! Thank you! Quick, no nonsense, nothing impossible, only one minute to bear it, and choose your own weight. Now THESE I can tag onto my step workout. Or. . .maybe if I keep the zoom camera off, I can do this during meetings. . . More more more!
