Loved this, Chris. What a super arm workout. Can't remember if I did it live a few years ago bu I'm so glad you brought it back. You might want to add in the title that there's no floor work, which makes it very appealing to me and I'm sure for some others, too.
Ty for another fab start to my morning. All the weights felt so heavy this morning, but soldiered through while you chatted and kept it aaaaall going ❤
Was so hot today, didn’t feel like working out, lousy night of not sleeping, but I told myself you can handle 30 minutes, so did this arms on fire workout and so happy I did it. Thank you Chris ❤❤❤❤😊
Continue to love this one ❤ Have brought iPad and dumbbells and bands with me to the summer house. Ty soooo much for making all this amazing quality training content available ❤❤❤
Wowzers! Not sure if I did this one previously, but man, it's a good one. My arms are shot--I could barely lift them to do the last toning section! Thank you!
Feeling pumped! We are in the midst of an "intense heat wave," so I am headed to my friend's pool tonight. I am sure they will be impressed with my swole arms.

WOWZERS! I think will always be a fav for me. I used to do this one 2-3 times a week and then still continued once every week or two. I did it to see how much stronger I could get. Eventually I forgot all about it because I started doing live classes. But I can still remember how I started. Max was 10lbs, min weight was no weights for some shoulders or I’d use 1KG (2.2lbs). The tricep push-up was on a very high countertop. Today we did a max of 25lbs. Mon weight was ALMOST 3KG (6.6) but the last weighted move I had to drop to the 2KG (4.4). Tricep push-ups on the floor. The difference I could see today was INCREDIBLE and every single move I did with heavier weight, better form, and more confidence. This is what consistent work does, and I’ve only managed to get their with your guidance, even before you knew who i was. thank you so much chris!
I can't remember when I found you in 2020, but I think this was one before I did. Holy moly this one was intense! One exercise right into the next kept it moving and made my arms so tired!
I remember this the first time and the last few moves without weights were as hard the 2nd time (all of it was!) Great way to start my week thanks Chris!💪
Did this oldie but goodie today, saving the leg workout for tomorrow morning. Definitely seeing some definitive progress in my arms, loving it. Thank you Chris for keeping me positive about my body. I do what I can. Love ya girl ❤❤❤❤
Chris, this one was amazing I know it was from summer of 2020, but sharing the proper form and the modifications motivated me to continue. It’s nice to see some of the progression I making and it’s all due to you. Thank you for a great workout.
A lot of challenging arm strength training in this 30 minutes, loved it! As always, I love Chris’ expert explanations, encouragement -especially when you need to modify. I am recovering from a knee injury and her suggested modifications are so helpful.
Finally cooled down enough that I could work out in garage. Setting up accountability to do three days of lifting. Old man here and harder to keep that strength. Good fun on this repeat. Not sure I remember this one from first time around.
Good lord… this workout had my arms on fire in such a short amount of time. Just what I needed when I didn’t have a full 45 minutes to an hour to commit. Thank you Chris. ❤
So grateful for you and your workouts. I usually do your workouts early am or late afternoon and could not figure out how to comment until recently. I have known for some time that I needed to add strength training to my regimen. Just could never be consistent with it. I love cardio but not the weights. Something you said made me realize that doing all the cardio and no strength was why I was not progressing. For months I have been doing at least 2 arm and 2 leg plus one core and mobility workout each week. I am doing less cardio as a result. It is helping me become stronger and better at my favorite cardio event…running. My goal this summer was to run a 5k in under 37 minutes. I crushed it today with a 33:52. My best time in 3 years. Maybe I will never hit my top pace in my early 40’s but not bad for my 50’s. Thank you for keeping me motivated.
This was perfect and since I overslept this morning I was so happy to get in a quick arm workout. Those were a tough 30 minutes of upper body. I enjoyed the no weight segment at the end too. Great way to finish!
Loved this one. Thank you so much. My arms are pretty good for my age and I'm sure you're arm workouts will keep then that way! Unfortunately at 71 they're a bit wrinkled but the muscles might help iron out a few! When I was in my late 40's and early 50's I used to go to the gym about 4 or 5 times a week and was lifting much heavier weights than I do now. I only do 3ks at the most - That's actually the heaviest I have but I've only been doing 2ks mostly until today and I used the 3ks nearly the whole way trhough. I could probably do heavier but I'm mindful of my neck. Thanks agin. I feel like I need a bit of cardio now though.
My arms are burning!!! I’m still dealing with a hand injury but your videos are helping me and removing cobwebs from muscles I never knew were there. Lol
It was so fun to see your earlier setup in the basement. I can say your workouts weren’t any easier in 2020 but it was just as good! I loved how you incorporated the last segment with no weight at the end too. My arms feel strong!
I remember doing this one when it originally aired. It was tough then and it is still tough, but…I am quite sure I am using heavier weights than I was before 🤓. It continues to amaze me how much of a burn there is when not using any weights at all! Thanks Chris. Love your classes! 🇨🇦💕
Hi again, decided to repeat this arm workout, its a good one. BTW, I am watching the series SEE on Apple TV and I guess I never knew who Jason Momoa was and by golly there he was in the credits, he is Baba Voss, lol. So anyways I had to tell my hubbie all about Jason and Chris 😉. Love and Light ❤
Lol! Was this the inaugurational workout for the Jason Monoa cdornerfitness stalker...I mean fan club? 🙄🤪🤣 This workout was before I discovered you in December 2020. You converted me from a step diva to a real fan of weights. I'm determined to keep it up now that I'm back to work for the semester and will miss most of your live workouts during the week.❤💯❤️
wow, an upper body killer workout. Looks tame (cuz it is a short one) but it isn't. the one minute moves (as opposed to 45 seconds) make it tough indeed.
I might be the minority here but I’ll take weight over those no weight moves any day!! They burrrnnnnnn 😂😂 you’re the best Chris!
OMGGGGGGG the burn on this was FOOOO REALLLL! Feeling PUMPED BABY!
I never knew that I could love weight training so much and it’s all because of you, Chris. Thank you so much for making working out fun!❤❤❤❤
I gotta say, the Jason Mamoa arm workout is perfection. Have gone up from 5 kg to 10 kg on those tricep moves 💪You are the best CD! ❤
Love this one. Am up to 22 lbs on those curl and press 💪Ty Chris. For everything you do! I’m stronger every day ❤
Loved this, Chris. What a super arm workout. Can't remember if I did it live a few years ago bu I'm so glad you brought it back. You might want to add in the title that there's no floor work, which makes it very appealing to me and I'm sure for some others, too.
I’ve made so much progress thanks to this workout! Guns are beginning to show and weights are increasing in weight 🔥💪Ty so much Chris!
You truly are THE best Chris! The Simone Biles of workout classes 💪😍🏅
I’ve worked out with you since Nov 2023 - I know what it means now when you say we aren’t using weights 😂 you can’t fool me!! Holy burn!
Ty for another fab start to my morning. All the weights felt so heavy this morning, but soldiered through while you chatted and kept it aaaaall going ❤
I'm choosing this as my Sunday snowstorm workout! Always love a good upper body when lower body is still sore from full body with you! Thanks!
Loved this! Biceps & triceps are my favorite muscles to work so this one was perfect. Arms are looking pumped! 💪🏻 thank you!
Was so hot today, didn’t feel like working out, lousy night of not sleeping, but I told myself you can handle 30 minutes, so did this arms on fire workout and so happy I did it. Thank you Chris ❤❤❤❤😊

A terrific arm workout. Glad I had a chance to repeat it ❤️
I love that I am talking to you in like ALL of the older workouts!! And I had not even met you yet LOL!
Finally cooled down enough that I could work out in garage. Setting up accountability to do three days of lifting. Old man here and harder to keep that strength. Good fun on this repeat. Not sure I remember this one from first time around.
This was a throw back! Loved it. Time for my tank top! 💪🏻💪🏻
Boom! GO KAREN!

I just loooove the Jason GoT workout! 😂 Lifting heavier now! And now time for a hiit step 🎉Ty C
You make pain seem like fun 😂 And it woooorks 🎉 Now step!
Very effective arm w/o. This has to have been the genesis of the Jason Momoa chronicles! 😅
Yes! Weigths get heavier and I can finally do those 4 mins at the end without cheating with breaks 💪😅

HAHAHAH OMG< the conversation was funny in this one!!
What a burn! My favorite quote was "our biceps are bigger because that's what we use to put things into our mouths." Ha ha!
Happy "Mamoa Monday" (it still counts when you talk about him) 😅
Great tough arm workout today! Feeling strong!💪
Thanks Chris!
I have been slacking on Mamoa!! I have to get my act together! LOL!
Well yesterday's video was from 2020 (I think before you started that). Which is why it was so funny that you talked about Mamoa! 😄
Another great arm workout. Wasn’t able to use a weight higher than 10 lbs for any move. Nice leggings!
Been doing this so many times. Guns are growing and I’m feeling great ❤ Ty CD
WOOOOOO
Back and yes seriously did want to kill you. But only for a sec 😂Loooove this one ❤❤❤
wow, an upper body killer workout. Looks tame (cuz it is a short one) but it isn't. the one minute moves (as opposed to 45 seconds) make it tough indeed.

Ummmm I kinda hate you right now...but in all the best ways! hahahhaa
it's ok, I understand LOL!
ARMS. ON. FIRE 🔥 Thanks Chris for a great upper workout & especially those form tips! I’ll be in my tank top today for sure 😉
