    Those 2 sets of 15 reps was tougher than I expected. My arms were on fire! And really warm by the end. It’s getting to be tank top weather where I live. These workouts are getting me ready! That spider was huge! 😱

    Please let Amanda know that the set with the chair was not just a burn in the back of the arm but burning flames. Loved that it was sets today, no timers. Wahoo!! Weekend. Have a good one everybody

    Chris, stops counting to tell a story. Amanda: "I got it." Chris finishes story and asks Amanda the count. Amanda: "Are you kidding me?' LOL. Why do I think Kevin would not have been a help either if theire were distracting doggies to cuddle with? I bet the band guys could have counted. Funny to be talking about soreness since I my right leg is SO SORE today, borderline injured, not sure. So just doing arms but everything's connected to everything and the act of feeling pain/discomfort anywhere is exhausting, so 30 minutes was the perfect short length for today. I do like the well behaved Miss Amanda ;-)

    Liked the change-up to counting reps rather than time. Until you mentioned the spider, I honestly thought it was on my screen even after walking up to the TV. I just went back to working out. This is a no-kill workout zone! 😃

    Great workout! I feel as Amanda would say " Swole" And that spider! Now he was Swole!!!
    I think I would have burned more calories running as far as I could away from that spider! 😅

    It was so nice of Frank to stop by a second time just to say Hello!! Rapid changes from one group to another gave me less time to think about it, and JUST DO IT!! Arms are feeling shaky, but Happy and Hot..

    Oh boy, I was so buisy with sweating and beeing aware to not drop my dumbbells, so I didn‘t even recognise this spider during the live workout 😂. Amanda and Chris, you did a great job today, you are so awesome! Thank you ❤

    That format was much more challenging than I expected! I'm writing this comment about 36 hours later (forgot to do it yesterday - sorry!) and my chest is still sore! I'm glad I did this one in the after party because I had to pause a few times when Chris and Amanda made it to 15 reps before I did. Thanks for another great one!

    I loved this workout that made my arms heat up! You're so entertaining and made the time fly by as usual. Frank was a great guest instructor lol and you scanning the floor and fretting about getting down there for abs made me LOL!

    Love you're 30 Minute - Upper BODY Workout - No Timers - Sets and Reps it is a great workout to do especially at home and the exercises are really fun to especially upper body workout that is a really fun intense and challenging one to do and it's a brilliant workout

    thank you Amanda/Chris....yes my arms were red hot 🔥by the end. I love the two sets of 15 in groups of two exercises - it somehow feels a little easier to push to the end than with the timer but maybe that's just me, I like counting! Thank you for the banter, the time flies, much like Frank the spider did....great workout and entertainment to make me smile, everyone should do these workouts ! Happy Fri - yay.
