It’s good but it’s understandable why people dislike it & that is due to it being a bit experimental for stayc compared to their other title tracks. Also the people who said it was “horrible” & “unlistenable” are deranged imo & just looking for a reason to hate on Stayc.

This and SUPERNOVA by aespa 😭 they even debuted at the same time (Gemini Month). Twinsies! Both are BOPS! They really bring back the original kpop flavors but tailored them to their group concepts! I REALLY LOVE RUN2U AND THIS SONG IS LIKE ANOTHER VERSION OF IT BUT FUNNIER AND WE LOVE IT

doesn't matter if you hate this song and think it's lazy or boring or whatever, no matter what you think about it, you have to admit that stayc and their producers have done a hell of a good job solidifying their place in the industry and in kpop history by carving out their niche and actually sticking to it. they don't just drop the same repetitive thing, but their comebacks have all shared a fun, playful, but sophisticated element to it that keeps literally everyone coming back. it doesn't matter if you stan them or not, you know who they are, similar to how you've heard of T-ARA, of Brown Eyed Girls, of 9Muses, of Rainbow.. they weren't the most global group in their era, but they will always be talked about, they can always be referenced, and stayc is slowly but surely building that legacy. this song is a masterpiece because it ties perfectly into their discography, and someone that decides to be a fan of theirs and enjoys not just their songs, but how they sing their songs, can never be disappointed by what they have out now, and i'm proud to be a swith for that reason
FR about 9Muses!! They are my all time favorite k-pop group (and I'm a multistan lol) I find a lot similar between them, like how each and every song of their albums are B.O.Ps, like literally they don't do placeholder songs

Does stayc use subliminals or something on their songs like run2 you when it first released I didn’t like it too much then this year i ended up watching almost every performance they did on it and sounded wayy better to me than the year it released
Maybe because it is simply not that good. For me, the music is noisy, overwhelming the girls beautiful voices. Choreography has iconic moves, but is messy when they switches. This song is a long-waited comeback, has comeback stage, and promotion. But still, the result is far away from their previous other title songs. I don't think this need more explanation. Especially this is a long-waited comeback, this piece is really disappointing. It is sad that, in this album, Flexing On My BF is an "old song", and 1 thing is also a short song. They are better than Cheeky Icy Thang in my view if they can be used as the title song.

I'll be honest, i didn't really vibe with this song when i first listened to it. But the more a listen to it, the more I appreciate how unique it is. They are taking big risks here while also delivering an amazing pop song and for sure an album of the year candidate.

doesn't matter if you hate this song and think it's lazy or boring or whatever, no matter what you think about it, you have to admit that stayc and their producers have done a hell of a good job solidifying their place in the industry and in kpop history by carving out their niche and actually sticking to it. they don't just drop the same repetitive thing, but their comebacks have all shared a fun, playful, but sophisticated element to it that keeps literally everyone coming back. it doesn't matter if you stan them or not, you know who they are, similar to how you've heard of T-ARA, of Brown Eyed Girls, of 9Muses, of Rainbow.. they weren't the most global group in their era, but they will always be talked about, they can always be referenced, and stayc is slowly but surely building that legacy. this song is a masterpiece because it ties perfectly into their discography, and someone that decides to be a fan of theirs and enjoys not just their songs, but how they sing their songs, can never be disappointed by what they have out now, and i'm proud to be a swith for that reason

I'll be honest, i didn't really vibe with this song when i first listened to it. But the more a listen to it, the more I appreciate how unique it is. They are taking big risks here while also delivering an amazing pop song and for sure an album of the year candidate.
