37 Min - ALL STANDING ARM WORKOUT - Dumbbells Only _ Ladder Style

  • Grab some dumbbells and join me for this 37 minute all standing arms workout you can do at home or at the gym.
    Want great sculpted arms?
    This upper body workout will be focusing on biceps, triceps and shoulders. A ladder style workout where we will be doing all the moves in sets of 15, then 10, then 5, then back up the ladder!
    Keep moving and do your best! Take it at your own level and just keep it going!!
    Here are your moves for today..
    Twisting Bicep Curls
    Twisting Kickbacks
    Upright Row
    Side Bicep Curls
    Right arm Overhead extension
    Left Arm Overhead extension

    An oldie, but a goodie. Love to do these vintage workouts with updated graphics. Today I realized that I've lost 17 pounds since I started doing workouts with CDornerFitness two years ago. Haven't really made a concerted effort, have just been doing my life and exercising regularly (yes, including strength training). Thanks Chris!

    Mom & I did this. Since we were "fighting" over the weights, I put 1# weight straps on my wrists to augment dumbbells 😊. Thanks ❤

    I thought this workout would be “boring” with the repeats but it was actually a lot of fun! It went by fast too… didn’t feel like a 37 minute workout. Thank you for a great upper body day!

    I don't know if I did this before but I did do a ladder workout with you. It's challenging and great because once I up my weights, I try to keep them there (for some moves). Thanks Chris, and have fun at Niagara step tomorrow! I loved being there last year!! 🥰

    Melissa and I both had pains and didn’t want to stand up/sit down. Still wanted an upper body class. I remember this ladder class. Just like then my arms are pumping and shaking. Not putting anything on the top shelf for a bit.

    I really like workouts that get me out of my comfort zone. Ladder workouts are definitely a way to do that. I wouldn’t on my own. That’s why I like working out with you Chris even though this wasn’t live today. I like how you mix things up! I feel so accomplished at the end 🎉💪🏻

    This was good! 🔥 Love the ladder style workouts! I even challenged myself to go heavier ( for me: 12 and 15 lbs) through most rounds and was able to with good form.
    I’ve learned that it’s good to try heavier and then go lighter if needed. (I currently use between 8-15 lbs. I began your challenge using 5-8 pounds). TY! ❤
    I have a different cardio tomorrow, but I will do one of your mobility workouts Sunday.

    I cannot describe to you the OH SH*T moment I had when I realized we still needed to go “up” the ladder 😂 my arms are jello!! My tri’s are stuck at 12lbs while everything else is comfortable (ish) at 15lbs. Is this normal? Wimpy little tri’s.

    Holy arms! Going down the ladder was great and I even went up on some weights…but the trip back up was a challenge and the weights went back down! Arms are on fire!

    I really liked the ladder format...somehow knowing what is coming helped me to manage the weights better. I did find it really difficult at the second 15 rep though. Cant believe how much this had me sweating! Thank you....

    Thank you for bringing this awesome ladder workout back! What a great way to work the upper body! I went heavier on the sets with lower reps and really pushed myself to the max throughout the entire workout. This was challenging, but oh so effective. I am still feeling it the morning after.     Loved this arm workout this morning! The ladder style is challenging, but worth every 'ouch' along the way. I enjoyed starting with the 15 - instead of 5, ending on the 15 made it seem more rewarding for me I think, made me want to push through harder. Thanks, Chris, for keeping us super strong & having a ton of fun every morning! Can't wait for the next one.
