The best answer I have ever heard in my life: "How would it feel to be the first BLACK leader of a party in this country?" - I don't know, I've never done it before!" Thatcher would be proud.

Kemi is so intelligent and honest. At last, someone who is willing to acknowledge why we voted against another Tory government. True Conservatives won't flip flop and apologise for their genuine beliefs, regardless of the response from the media and minority, wealthy elites.

I do like Tom a lot, it’s a pity to hear the same old economic aims that he admits haven’t worked, the UK economy’s been in decline for 80 years because we’re aiming to follow the US economy, admit we cannot follow the US economy, we don’t have their money or mindset we have to break away from low tax free trade, it only serves the richest companies in the world. We have to understand we’re losing billions in revenue from globalisation and low tax aiming policies, we have to increase tax on the top tier and start taxing companies selling goods in the uk on profits made in the UK, it will ignite growth from lots of UK business opportunities from the companies leaving it. Be a leader and accept huge changes are needed.

The interviewer asks 'How will it feel to be the first black leader of this country?' right after Kemi mentions the obsession with definitions, labels, and boxes. Case in point ! 💙

Tom and Kemi are two good people in a way. I love Kemi and find Tom interesting and quite sweet and fresh to politics. Can we go with them both... Conservatives are lucky to have them at the party.

  • @williamsnowden8186

But conservativism is "right-wing" or it is nothing. We had 14 years of😮 non-conservative administrations whose conservativism was a pose. We true conservatives did not vote for those non-conservatives in 2024.
"The centre" represents nothing and no-one.
The Conservative Party might have been saved by a true conservative like Suella, who was and remains in the CPP a lone voice.

I am not convinced with either, candidates, an apology for the 14y just doesn’t cut it. The best option all round benefiting both parties would be the conservatives now merging with Reform. Reform is what the country needs not Conservative platitudes. I have 100% belief in Reform doing what they say on the tin, they will get the job done and restore our Great British values to British people.
