I’ve been having a little bit of trouble with my lower back so I didn’t want to do the legs with weights. I haven’t worked out in a couple of days so I opted this kickboxing 30 minutes loved it had no problems with my back.
Instructors really matter. I could’ve taken a live class at the gym today & gotten energy from the other people taking the class but instead chose to stay home & do this one. Not because I didn’t feel like driving out but because the instructor is not motivating to me. So I got a great workout with Chris because she’s excellent at her job. Thanks so much for all you do!
Such an awesome workout. This one was so fast. The time flew and I was super sweaty. Kept moving the whole time when it was time to cool down I was like what. Thank you as always for another amazing sweaty workout.
