    That was so much fun!! My internet was down all day yesterday, so I had to make it work. I used the workout instructions that came with the Regina bands and then threw in some additional exercises that I learned from you! It was the most boring workout ever!! I missed you yesterday, but glad I was able to do this one today!! Thanks Chris!

    I’ve been having a little bit of trouble with my lower back so I didn’t want to do the legs with weights. I haven’t worked out in a couple of days so I opted this kickboxing 30 minutes loved it had no problems with my back.

    Have a bit of a cold so did low impact version but still a great workout. Totally couldn’t tell you were just making it up either! Thanks 😅

    Instructors really matter. I could’ve taken a live class at the gym today & gotten energy from the other people taking the class but instead chose to stay home & do this one. Not because I didn’t feel like driving out but because the instructor is not motivating to me. So I got a great workout with Chris because she’s excellent at her job. Thanks so much for all you do!

    Such an awesome workout. This one was so fast. The time flew and I was super sweaty. Kept moving the whole time when it was time to cool down I was like what. Thank you as always for another amazing sweaty workout.

    What a fun cardio workout. Make it high or low. I’m having some neck issues. For me today , low impact was a great option.
    Chris’s classes are always fun , no matter what type they are

    Holy shit Batman. I didn’t feel like working out but decided to do it anyway. I just love your energy. Addicting high for sure. Just need to get the courage to try some mobility. Old, multiple surgeries and no flexibility 🙃thank you!!!

    Phew! This 30 minutes of cardio kickboxing, was sweat and very nearly tears, but proud that I did all 50 full star jump in the end challenge 😅
    Do we need a water break?? “No” says DJ Kev! 🤷🏼‍♀️ 😅😅 it’s ok, I think it’s fair to say we all kept going for that 30 minutes without a break! 👏🏻👏🏻
