I really enjoy kickboxing my stress away! The reminder in the middle of the workout about jumping when you are younger and you don’t have to when you are older, it was like you were saying it to me! I do get frustrated when I can’t work out as hard as I used to! That being said, I worked as hard as I could and was a bucket of sweat at the end! THANK YOU CHRIS
First time doing a kickboxing class with you. It was awesome. I am on vacation and this was the perfect workout to combat poor sleep and consumption of food not normally eaten - feel good and sweaty and burned some calories. Ready for the day! As always amazing Chris! ❤

Chris, I started working out with you this summer to make it a “summer of strength.” I’m 58 and have worked out for 35+ years, mostly cardio. I don’t look like I work out, a little chubby but feel good. In July, I fell off a rock while hiking and broke my foot. After a few pity parties, I heard you saying, “you can still strength train!” So I started seated strength workouts. I know that the strength training I did helped me navigate four weeks of non weight bearing and for that I thank you. I’m still fearful of jumping in workouts but I embrace the low impact. Thank you so much!!
I had a cold and I needed a workout that doesn't put too much strain on the muscles, but makes me sweat a lot and takes the sickness out of my body. Thank you very much Chris 🤩😍

Excellent workout! Love your kickboxing workouts so much! But I do want to say that I have really gotten into the strength training. I agree with you that if anyone is only doing cardio, they should try to start off with one strength session a week. Before you know it, the results that you see will want to make you do more. This workout did not waste a minute in calories burned and endorphin rush. I thought I was going to have trouble with the choreography but your organized progression in moves made it easy. You're a real pro. Thank you!
I loved this one Chris! As you now I'm a Kickboxing converter & this was sooooo good! Got in a bit of a muddle at the start of the V-Steps, Knee, Kick but after a couple of tries got it, didn't do the hooks with it at first & then added them. You just gotta keep trying right? Excellent class , hot & sweaty & great bouncy music! Thank you sooo much ❤
