    Work being done in my basement so my "gym" is not in use. Got some extra cardio carrying all the weights for this up the stairs to my living room😂

    Chris I really loved this arm sculpt workout.i worked so so hard.and used heavier weights today.wowza! I really felt it today.but I put in so much hard work effort .but it was such a great workout.i love using my heavier weights.but I feel so great after the workout really energised and stronger.thank you so much for the workout Chris.from daniel

    I finished PT session and came home and then Melissa came home and wanted to do a workout. How can I say no to her wanting to do more. We did this class and lord the shoulders. I had done your full body (2 classes) yesterday and that was a number of shoulders. Man, I had to do light weights to make sure I didn't get into my neck. Still worth it to keep her on her fitness journey.

    This was a tough one, especially the shoulder segment, did some shoulders with weights and some w/o. Love upper body. Think I’ll save the abs for the weekend. Thank you Chris ❤❤❤❤😊

    OMG. Loved this. Step is my (re)new passion. But I like to go swimming twice a week and do a 2.5k session each time. This is a keeper. It will sooooo improve my stroke. Thanks again for a great work out. Keep them coming. ❤😊

    Wow. Loved this arm workout. I am so proud of how I am getting stronger. In some moves I could lift what Chris was. I used to use Barbie Bells. lol. Keep at it everyone. Takes time. But you will see the results.

    Arms are definitely filling it. Glad I started with the abs. (wouldn't be able to hold a plank) Shoulders are worked!! In a good way though, as well as Bi's and Tri's... Ready for the day and maybe to get to show off arms by a Pool..

    I remember asking that deltoid question, watching this video sadly cuz I couldn't do it. Took 3 weeks off of arm work, and while my shoulder is still weak, I started doing upper body gradually and it seems to be getting better with exercise. My husband thought I should wait til it was fully healed but we always have the same argument. I think moderate exercise helps with healing. A lot of peple can't afford PT, even with health insurance . It's sucky. Anyway, glad to be back!!

    This was an amazing arm workout. I currently am experiencing some tennis elbow and can’t do some of the bicep exercises however I was able to do all of these except for the finisher. Looking forward to trying this again when my elbow is healthily!
