    I loved everything about this class! Even the repeaters! Especially liked revisiting the turn step. That was a staple move back in the day. Thank you Chris and Kendra and Renata. So fun!🎉😅❤

    Afterparty This was intense and exhausting 😵 I had to shorten some moves and do modifications but did the whole workout so proud. No more cardio this week after this just gonna strecth and walk. Thank you Chris🤗

    Thanks for this great combo/all in one workout Chris. Feel it from top to bottom and burned just under 500 calories!😅. Your backup dancers were fantastic! The more the merrier….and lots more giggles. Too bad the hvac guys didn’t want to participate. That would have added to the fun I’m sure. 😂. 💕😎💪🏻

    I can finally admit a year of being a cardio queen with Chris starting at 217lbs and workouts starting from basic 20 minutes to now advanced 1 hour with double risers I wanted to change my game and with Chris’s advice of going over to weights I decided to try step and strength oh wow I love it what a game changer I feel stronger I feel more defined and the scales are moving again after plateauing. I just wish I took Chris’s advice sooner the workouts are fun and they fly by I just need to get some heavier dumbbells but step and strength is now my go to workout thanks as always fabulous Chris I’m now 56lbs down since finding you in September 2023 🎉 there is no trainer quite like you ❤

    It's been a while since I've done this format, and boy oh boy, I can feel it in my arms/chest. I really need to get into more strength training, but I'm so OCD to close my move (red) ring on my watch. I just gotta let it go, and not worry about closing that last ring.
