Great, fun, and easy to follow 30 minutes of step. Thank you ladies! Wondering if during the “Audrey step” (practicing balance while moving, not touching the floor), others also thought to themselves, the floor is lava! 😆😆😆
The best! This was hard and so much fun. I had to ditch the risers, but I loved it. I'm going to do it again to get all the balance moves. And Audrey was remarkable. I really liked the two slightly different approaches to the same moves. Thanks, Chris! You get better and better!

Oh man, I didn't read the description either, but I love step aerobics so I thought it couldn't hurt to try this one. I'm dead, but I loved it! I hope one day I'm able to do it perfectly like you lovely ladies do. It was really fun, loved the tunes! Thank you :)

That was quite the workout, especially for my thighs. I too will be turning 69 in September. So glad that I can still do step and other aerobics. Now on to strength training for my arms. Thank you Chris and Audrey.

Monday afternoon, I knew you two were doing this third class, but when I had the opportunity, I napped instead. Took the whole of Tuesday off. Trying to extend myself grace. But I'm back here today, doing the workout when I WANT to, so it feels like a gift, not an obligation. No body comparisons. Just being ME!
