I use an old yoga mat that I picked up at a garage sale ($2). I trimmed it to fit the length of the step. My step no longer slides on my hardwood floors. Thanks for the tips & great workouts!
This one flew by. I remember a time where the thought of working out for 45 minutes seemed like torture. Thank you Chris for making workout fun! This one left me sweating and feeling so good😊

After doing your step workouts for a week they felt stronger! I’m 4 weeks in now and thoroughly loving your material! You have a great personality for online workouts. Thanks! Another great one. Step and strength are actually my favourite, I love the combo but I don't always do them because I try to stick to the program. But I was feeling this over the leg workout today and just subbed in leg moves when you were doing arm moves in the weights. Turned out great!

Step & strength is now one of my favorites!! And I really like the 3 minute intervals. My heart rate actually got about 25 beats higher than when I do just regular step. And I still smile every time you say cute curl🥰

Left/Right/Both on weights also engage your spinal rotators in your neck, thoracic spine and lumbar spine if you need to work on spinal stability and strength in your spine. 1st Step and strength today.....OMG I'm so covered in sweat, like it's dripping into my eyeballs and burning! AHHHHH. 46 min burned 418 calories, Avg heart rate was 158 topped out at 188!!!! This one got my heart racing! I keep thinking I KNOW I need to throw weight training in the mix......now step and strength will be my gateway workout! LOL THANK YOU Chris, keep telling us we need MORE weight training but also keep doing step! LOVE YA!

OMG, OOMMMGGG, OOOMMMMMGGGGGG I AM SO EXCITED! So I've recently been able to stand up from sitting on my bench without hands, swinging or letting out an uuumph (@179 cm it's a long way up🤣) but today I stood up from my one riser bench with a dumbbell in each hand from the chest pressing, without even thinking about it 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 THANK YOU ❤️🔥
I love that Chris said she doesn't like 7 knee repeaters because she gets bored. I have a hard time doing a long only step workout. I love these interval workouts because it keeps me focused. Thank you Chris! FYI I've been a vampire lately, but still doing it!

Super fun class! Chris is so great at giving multiple options and adjustments during the workout and just the right amount of encouragement. The music and the atmosphere are awesome! If you haven't yet tried "step and strength" you won't be disappointed!
