      Totally agree - I was first STEP instructor in UK - still teach it , and all sorts , today . Also mentored instructors and I have to say this lady is fabulously competent a great personality and a delight to observe 🤗💜

    I use an old yoga mat that I picked up at a garage sale ($2). I trimmed it to fit the length of the step. My step no longer slides on my hardwood floors. Thanks for the tips & great workouts!

    Thank you Christina! I have missed step workouts for years (but I never gave away my step!). After I turned 50, my hip flexors started to get really weak and sore. After doing your step workouts for a week they felt stronger! I’m 4 weeks in now and thoroughly loving your material! You have a great personality for online workouts. Somehow all your energy makes me feel like I’m not really alone in my basement! ❤ Thank you, thank you! ❤❤❤

    Thanks! Another great one. Step and strength are actually my favourite, I love the combo but I don't always do them because I try to stick to the program. But I was feeling this over the leg workout today and just subbed in leg moves when you were doing arm moves in the weights. Turned out great!

    Step & strength is now one of my favorites!! And I really like the 3 minute intervals. My heart rate actually got about 25 beats higher than when I do just regular step. And I still smile every time you say cute curl🥰

    Another well constructed cross training with weights!!!! Left/Right/Both on weights also engage your spinal rotators in your neck, thoracic spine and lumbar spine if you need to work on spinal stability and strength in your spine. Love your workouts Christine!! Thanks so much for keeping it interesting!!

    1st Step and strength today.....OMG I'm so covered in sweat, like it's dripping into my eyeballs and burning! AHHHHH. 46 min burned 418 calories, Avg heart rate was 158 topped out at 188!!!! This one got my heart racing! I keep thinking I KNOW I need to throw weight training in the mix......now step and strength will be my gateway workout! LOL THANK YOU Chris, keep telling us we need MORE weight training but also keep doing step! LOVE YA!

    I've been doing your workouts since early 2021 and this is the first time I did step and strength. It did not disappoint! I really enjoyed the 3 minute sets and I was sweating like crazy. Thank you so much for having so much variety and another awesome workout!!

    OMG, OOMMMGGG, OOOMMMMMGGGGGG I AM SO EXCITED!
    So I've recently been able to stand up from sitting on my bench without hands, swinging or letting out an uuumph (@179 cm it's a long way up🤣) but today I stood up from my one riser bench with a dumbbell in each hand from the chest pressing, without even thinking about it 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

    I love that Chris said she doesn't like 7 knee repeaters because she gets bored. I have a hard time doing a long only step workout. I love these interval workouts because it keeps me focused. Thank you Chris! FYI I've been a vampire lately, but still doing it!

    Truly enjoyed this interval training.....you have so many great "GO TO" videos, but this is one I will go back to...loved it. At the end you say if we feel the need to do Step, pick any one of your 30 minute step, so I went back to the one with you and Dawn....Dawn on the mat.
    I really enjoyed that combination of steps. Thanks to both of you 😊

    Hey Chris. Just completed this one and I'm drippin' sweat! I hope I wasn't the one who made the bad comment live - I have nothing but love for you and your workouts. I injured my hip last year and two months ago I was just getting back in to cardio. I'm sure I wasn't intentionally mean if it was me. I don't know what I'd do without you at this point ❤❤❤

    Hey Chris! This was just what I needed today. Trying to fit strength and step in when I can now since I am playing pickleball twice a week. This fulfills both, but I also do just strength also.     Super fun class! Chris is so great at giving multiple options and adjustments during the workout and just the right amount of encouragement. The music and the atmosphere are awesome! If you haven't yet tried "step and strength" you won't be disappointed!
