This had to be the BEST step workout I have ever done with you. The choreo was great, the pacing was perfect and the music was awesome and it was only 30 minutes. ALASKA!!!!!!

Thank you SO much for this intermediate/advanced workout to 128 BPM! I get a much better workout at the slower pace since it allows me to really focus on form. I appreciate the complexity of the choreography -- makes it so much fun -- and yet I found it easy to follow as all of your wokrouts are, Chris. And, with less repetition of moves, the choreography is longer and therefore more interesting and more fun. Awesome workout! One of the best! Thank you!!! 💖

There was a time when I’d have stumbled like crazy over the first segment, but thanks to being persistent and the subsequent neuroplasticity, my brain is now more easily able to pick these up. As an advanced stepper, I enjoy doing intermediate workouts once in a while. I combined this with another 30 minute intermediate workout to get 60 minutes of step 😂 Thank you, Chris!❤

I found my sweet spot! I used to do advanced five days a week... fast. Then they stopped offering it at the gyms. I LOVE step, but my 55 year old self can't go that fast anymore. This is PERFECT! I never could get, '"the up and switch" and now I can see there is a slight pause before you cross over. So freaking cool when you finally get a step after all these years!!!! You are the BEST instructor!

Hi Chris! I just wanted to thank you for another awesome step class! I found you last April and every time I think I can't do it or get intimidated, I "step up" and find something else on your channel... This class was particularly special to me because I am trying to transition from basic/intermediate to intermediate/advanced. So I know the steps when you call them (thanks tutorials) but when I see them on Saturday they are so fast they don't make sense between my brain and feet. Now I know to go back to your wonderful (free) videos and find a Intermediate/Advanced workout with slower BPM. Again thanks for all you do!

So this workout was a WINNER for me. This was my first Intermediate step since my 20s. I started 6 month doing your workouts and started with basic step. It was great to finally do moves like scissors and lunge around the world. I still have to work on the switch move. But it was great to feel like my old younger self. THANK YOU CHRIS

This one was tough for Lin and me. We have done step for many years (with some breaks along the way), and some of these moves were still new to us, and gave us problems. Fortunately, we know how to keep heart rates up doing less complicated moves, so we had a great time anyway. We also have smaller steps to fit into our smaller exercise space, and I was a bit nervous trying the shuffle and foot change on the step. We did get through it all, and thoroughly enjoyed it as well. Thanks for keeping it fun, and convincing us to stick with it. Lin and G
