Definitely sweated more on the weights parts😂! I didn’t want to work out today but did it despite some achy muscles from the previous days full body with bands and dumbbells. So glad that I did though . Thanks so much as always. ❤

I find your step and strength (with compound movement) your most challenging workouts. My heart rate definitely gets higher up there than with straight up cardio. Josh and I did this together and both got in a great workout! Off to do some mobility together now!
I really needed this workout today! I was feeling a bit sluggish the last few days, and this workout really helped snap me out of it! The format of 90 second segments was great - made for a super sweaty and fun workout! Chris - I would have never known the entire workout wasn't planned out if you hadn't said it!

I used to do step classes years ago. I haven't been able to find a gym that offers them at times I can make it. I just found you and I love the step classes.
This was a BURNER. No way can I do all the classes you taught this week, during this week. You are a bad mamma jamma, Chris, the amount of energy you have. Gonna have to save some of this week's workouts to do as substitute classes in the future! PS - If it's not apparent, that is a gushing compliment from me. Love when I am challenged beyond what I can do. Definitely took extra breaks and for sure was more out of breath during strength segments.

Today I woke up knowing it was strength training day. But really wanting to do cardio because it’s easier for me mentally to do. This workout was a perfect compromise for both. What a great sweaty, heart raising workout!! Thank you Chris as always ❤
Hi Chris, I am doing the weights at least twice a week. I was ready to throw the towel in on them several years ago due to naggy joint issues. The reason I didn’t is because your weights lecture often replays in my head. Well the other day I was at the store and they seem to be having a single gallon water shortage. They only had six gallons of water shrunk wrapped. I was able to lift the Water pack into the cart and car without the help of anyone. So I may not be able to continuously lift the heavier weights like you and the crew, but the 8 and 10 pound weights (formerly using the 3 and 5 ponds) are keeping me strong into my mid 60s. I consider it a win. 🏆
As you know 🫣 I skip around on your workouts and don’t tend to follow your weekly program but I really want to change that for more consistency, and you make it SO easy and convenient for us to work out with you, so I’m happy to catch this workout today!! What an awesome class, I loved the format!! And holy 🐄 64 degrees, girl I don’t want to see your electric bill 😂 💸 Summer looks SO good on you, Chris! Thank you for always helping me remember that the ability to move my body is a gift and not a punishment.
