I love the music you play and your pace is great, how you start off quite gently and build up into a great workout. I'm impressed with your ability to reverse your left and right for our benefit! I love the 'side leg around the world' move and your 'dead leg' zombie move is a killer! Amazing how changing to a slower pace can be so hard! Ghada AlHumaidi- so happy you found me too! Yes, step is definitely a great workout to tone the ENTIRE leg, including the side of your thighs. Also when you add in weight training, such as strength moves for the lower body like lunges and squats, you can firm and tighten those areas as well. =)

Subscribed! Thank you! I first learned step in 2004 or so when i joined a women's only gym. Miss DJ taught step and I LOVED that every day she taught a different routine and I would challenge myself to not make a mistake lol I then joined Golds Gym and even tho i love their Body Step classes i don't like that it's the same routine over and over for a few weeks. Well now with this quarantine I ordered a step and am doing it at home. Thanks so much!

Hi Jenny, I have pretty much mastered step by step so I'm going to give SBS2 a try. You are literally the only instructor I cab step with. You are an excellent at cueing for a a girl w 2 left feet! I am going g to down load all the all the step by steps so they don't g o away. Can you keep these nice, not super complicated fancy work outs coming please? SBS 4? 😉

@@salinamiller6824 I don't workout with her anymore. I had two major injuries. I prefer Angie Fitness TV. She's safer for me. You could try both and see which one suits you best, but if you're a beginner, I would first try basic step. @@salinamiller6824 I've just done this one. I'm in recovery after a serious injury in my inguinal ligament, so this is a good workout if you're a beginner. Very safe and easy to follow. Another good one. I changed the Funky Push to a "Spider" which I was taught in the gym and is a higher cardio move. I tried to verify the name but cannot find the move online. Love I'm learning new steps.
