I love these "less breakdown" intermediate step classes! Perfect for those of us who have been doing step with you for a while (4+ years for me) and know many of your moves. So much fun - thanks, Chris!
I cannot begin to tell you how much your live classes have meant to me. In less than 2 weeks I have seen health improvements, more flexibility, and endorphins off the charts. Today I did a LOT more mambo steps that the others just because I couldn't keep up with the entire routine, but I have learned from you that is ok, too. I moved, I got sweaty, and I'm very pleased with myself. Thank you for your dedication to all who follow you.And yes, one day I WILL have your arms that look like yours!!!!

I really LOVED this one. As a seasoned stepper it was fun to move through the choreo quickly and to keep the heart rate up. I liked that it was intermediate vs advanced but it wasn't basic. I also liked speeding it up at the end. FUN! This makes working out enjoyable

This was great and I was able to keep up with the routine - yayyyy!! We came back from vacation, tested positive for Covid, then got rebound Covid, so I'm finally back at it and this was fabulous! Thank you for being so great and offering such a variety of workouts! You rock!

This was my first step class in over two months since I injured my knee! Thought I'd never be able to recover enough to do this! Chris makes it so worthwhile! Do your strength, ladies! I'm sure that's helped recovery!❤
Hey Chris!🫶🏼 I came late to the live and missed the first 10 minutes. When the video uploaded, I went back to do the first 10 and ended up doing the whole video again because it was so fun! I love up rock tic tic. And there’s just something about doing that hippie lunge on the other side of the step.🙌🏼

I love, love, love the no breakdown steps. Glad to have different lengths. I now have a 20 minute, 30 minute and 45 minute saved to my favorites. This is one I will be repeating.
Fantastic! Fun music and great choreography. It’s fun to do these and be able to do all the moves from memory. Needed a good sweat after getting home last night from California getting my daughter married off. This was invigorating and good movement for my tired body. Thanks Chris! 💕😎

I love these no breakdown intermediate classes -they really are the best. And fotally agree about dont skip the cooldown at the end. Since menopause i found i could hurt myself so easily . But never have hurt myself with any of Chris's classes.
I know we are in October yet but I think I have my absolute favorite this year! Soooo fast, sooo good, sooo new, you don't have time to think on unnecessary things just do it do it do it! Please keep this format coming from time to time and a huuuge thank you!💗

Loved the less breakdowns. Leaving before cool down and stretch is like leaving a dinner party before dessert. A big no-no. 😂 during the cool down and stretch is when I remind myself of all the positives of committing to working out and finishing a workout.
Wow, this was so much fun…an intermediate step routine without any break downs in the bag. I absolutely loved it, had a smile on my face the whole way through, kept up, got all the routine and the end part when you ranked up that speed just a bit more was awesome. I remember one gym instructor when I used to go to the local gym didn’t always do a warm up or cool down!! 😳 so no wonder I had aches and pains after…safe to say I didn’t go back to her classes. Like you say Chris, it’s a no brainer for me and such an important part of any workout routine
